My neighbors are away, and asked me to bring their papers into the house, and always invite me to read them if I choose. So, I cracked that unseemly rag, the NYT, to see the latest. They have a long piece about how the sanctions are making , or will make it, impossible for the Russian army to find spare parts. The primary source of this "information": the Ukrainian government. Ha.
