Is he hoping to escape the noose? Those "journalists" who hope the same had better think about REPORTING what he said, as soon and loud as possible (and if their editors say no, they'll have to quit)

And is it only those three countries boosting kids?

As some have noted in the comments here, the “doctor” made this statement some eight months ago. (Remember? Neither do I; but here it is in any case):
