Looks like a severe case of karmarona to me. She could have been suffering from certain preexisting comorbidities such as hubristenia or ignoramiosis maior, or perhaps even the dangerous fascistendencia teutonica that has plagued Western Europe from time to time in the past.
Scary to watch. Especially freaky how her left eye blinks while her right eye does not.
