In any case, within months of the experimental Hepatitis B vaccine program, gay men began dropping like flies. The experimental Hep B vaccine used EXCLUSIVELY promiscuous gay men as its gunea pigs. If a gay man were monogamous, he was not allowed to be a volunteer. They said it had to be so or else how would they know if their hep B shots were effective.
