I have served on or chaired two dozen data safety monitoring boards for randomized trials of novel experimental drugs or devices. I can tell you first hand that for COVID-19 vaccines, a 30 day regulatory window after injection is fair game for attribution of health events to the product when the adverse events of interest are known to be caused by the mRNA induced Wuhan Spike protein.
Jabagi et al, NEJM, reported from the French National Health Data System linked to the national COVID-19 vaccination database disclosing cardiovascular events after mRNA BA4/BA5 bivalent boosters. All persons who were 50 years of age or older and who had received a booster dose between October 6 and November 9, 2022, were included in the study. The composite of ischemic/hemorrhagic stroke, myocardial infarction, or pulmonary occurred in 335 unfortunate individuals. The authors make the mistake of dividing by the cases by the entire number vaccinated and comparing rates to monovalent boosters. Neither of these operations are valid since there is incomplete capture of events and comparison was not made to a placebo or control group.
These data suggest that large numbers of well-characterized, serious, and potentially fatal safety events are occurring within 21 days after bivalent mRNA boosters. All of these events should be considered to be serious and directly attributable to COVID-19 vaccination, and conversely, if the injections were not received, these individuals in all probability would be alive and free of these complications today.

The man was sailing on the lake aboard a skiff, in the company of comrades. The victim was a pillar of the rowing club. "He had taught a lot of kids here to row," says a person he met on the spot. When he fell into the water, his partners picked him up and brought him back to shore. After an hour of resuscitation attempts, the victim was pronounced dead.

Dutch debutante Esmée Schenck de Jong passed away unexpectedly at the age of 31. The family and publisher Prometheus, which confirms the news, do not want to communicate about the cause of her sudden death. Harry was born on March 15, 1960 in Grevenbicht, a Maas village in southern Limburg. In 1992, at a very young age, he became a professor of applied computer science at Leiden University. He did not come to Leiden alone, but with him came several researchers, including Peter Knijnenburg, Aart Bik, and Lex Wolters. Leiden University had gained a research group with an international reputation.

After an accident as a result of a medical emergency, a man died on the A4 near Cologne. The 45-year-old was traveling with his wife and three children with an empty horse trailer on Sunday when the car left the road shortly after the Cologne-West cross in the direction of Aachen, as the police announced on Sunday evening. The empty horse trailer overturned. The 45-year-old was resuscitated on the spot, but succumbed to his injuries in the hospital. The other family members were not injured. A female driver has died in an accident in Dornbirn. The rescue workers were still trying to resuscitate her, but there was nothing more they could do. The 68-year-old driver was driving on the Wälderstraße in Dornbirn on Wednesday. Former FC Copenhagen striker Mate Sestan has died. FC Copenhagen reports this on its own website. Sestan has died at the age of 52 at his home in Zadar on the Croatian Adriatic coast. He was sold the following year to Spanish Levante after 39 matches and seven scores in the FCK shirt. Prosecutors have completed an investigation into a 38-year-old man who died after falling on a pavement in mid-December. According to examinations carried out by medical experts, injuries sustained as a result of the fall were not the cause of his death – said the spokeswoman of the District Prosecutor's Office Warsaw-Praga, prosecutor Katarzyna Skrzeczkowska. The Warsaw-Praga Północ District Prosecutor's Office was investigating the death of a 38-year-old man who fell on the pavement. However, the proceedings were discontinued because medical experts concluded after an autopsy that the injuries sustained as a result of the fall were not the cause of death. Prosecutor Katarzyna Skrzeczkowska informed that the man had other ailments that led to his death.

Romanian athlete Adrian Merge passed away at the age of 35. The Romanian Judo Federation announced his death on social media. Merge was Romanian Champion U73kg in 2011 and won medals at Balkan Championships in his categories U73kg and U81kg in which he fought countless top opponents such as current Turkish Judo Federation President Sezer Huysuz, former European Champion Vedat Albayrak, Dex Elmont, Tomo Marijanovic and Riki Nakaya. In his successful year 2011 he competed at the World Championships. At European Championships he fought in Istanbul, Chelyabinsk and Budapest in 2011, 2012 and 2013. He took a bronze medal at the European Cup in Belgrade in 2011 and 2012, first U73kg in 2012 U81kg.
Merge stood out as a young talent where he competed at Cadet and Junior European Championships. In Rotterdam in 2004 he captured a bronze medal at the Cadet Europeans U66kg. He lived in Oradea and trained at the familiar judo club CSM Oradea. The city is considered as one of the judo capitals of Romania where he was personal trainer and fitness instructor.
