Mestre - A sudden illness took away maestro Florindo Baldissera [66], guitar teacher at the "Benedetto Marcello" Conservatory in Venice, and musically son of the "Miari" municipal school in Belluno. Born in 1957, originally from Cadore, he passed away in Mestre where he had lived for some time. Born in Switzerland, in Lucerne, of emigrated parents, he began studying guitar at a very young age with Giuseppe Della Libera at the "Miari" in Belluno. His first public appearance as a guitarist in Pieve di Cadore was in 1967, while he gave his first guitar recital in Belluno in 1972. After having obtained his scientific maturity at the "Galilei" high school in Pieve di Cadore, he completed studies in philosophy at the University of Padua and palaeography and musical philology at the University of Pavia. Between 1981 and 1987 he obtained various master's degrees in guitar in Modena, Mantua and Paris.

Garlasco, illness in the square: he dies at the age of 51

Fabio Negri – for years a volunteer of the Garlaschese Cross, in his life he dealt with graphic prints and window stickers – was taking his daughter to school when he collapsed to the ground, probably struck by a cerebral hemorrhage. Rescue began around 7.30 am. He was urgently transported to the emergency room of San Matteo di Pavia, where he arrived in red code. Reanimated, his conditions proved to be very serious and he died in hospital. She suddenly fell ill yesterday morning while she was out for a walk with her husband: this is how Fausta Salvi, 68, from Comun Nuovo, died. The old woman, originally from Chiari (Brescia), had been living in the town in the lower Bergamo area for years. Last day she went out to walk with her husband, Eugenio Zanoli, when at a certain point in via Zanica she didn't feel well. In the 2004/2005 season he was Deputy Commissioner of the CAI and subsequently Component of the Technical Sector of the AIA. Appointed Meritorious Arbitrator in 2003, he was awarded some prestigious awards, including the 'Enzo Carini' Regional Award in 2003.

Shortly after noon, the professor was returning home from an excursion in Valle Trompia; when he was in Tavernole, an illness made him lose control of the car, which ended up against a guard rail, fortunately without involving other vehicles. Rescued in cardiac arrest, the doctors did everything possible to save him, but the professor died on the way to the civil hospital.

Despite the dire circumstances, it appears the doctor had the lucidity to stop his car before completely losing consciousness, an act that has potentially saved other lives. According to the initial investigations conducted by the highway police, Dr. Polverino's car continued to move even after his attempt to stop it, probably due to the automatic gearbox or because the doctor's foot remained on the accelerator. This resulted in his car crossing into the oncoming lane, colliding with another car coming from the opposite direction.

The Caltanissetta public prosecutor's office has opened a file against unknown persons to shed light on the death of 76-year-old Angelo Lombardo, which took place on 21 April at the Sant'Elia hospital. The man's family, assisted by the lawyer Giuseppe Dacquì, filed a complaint to the authorities and an autopsy has already been performed on the body of the elderly man. According to what was reconstructed, on April 21 the 76-year-old entered the hospital in green code for some severe pain in the shoulder and under the ribs. The ambulance would have transported the man to the emergency room with the sirens off. Registration for triage took place at 2.35 pm and, according to the patient's daughter, despite the visible suffering, the 76-year-old was only allowed into the clinic for the visit at 4.30 pm. At that point the tests and a CT scan were performed, from which, however, the seriousness of the clinical picture would not have emerged. Around 7 pm on 21 April the man, who continued to feel severe pain in his face and neck, died suddenly. Lombardo's family wanted to file a complaint to ask the authorities to clarify what happened that day in the hospital. The contents of the patient's medical records and the results of the medical tests carried out on April 21 in the outpatient clinic were not disclosed. According to initial information, the analyzes would not have highlighted the seriousness of the 76-year-old's state of health. An autopsy was carried out on the lifeless body of the elderly man to ascertain the causes of death.

Villa Literno (Lidia and Christian de Angelis) Painful loss for the community. 56-year-old Salvatore Cangiano died prematurely, leaving his wife, children and family members heartbroken. The funeral today at 4 pm in the Maria Assunta Church in Villa Literno.
