French scientist leading nuclear fusion project dies at 72
May 14, 2022
Paris — Bernard Bigot, a French scientist leading a vast international effort to demonstrate that nuclear fusion can be a viable source of energy, has died. He was 72.
The organization behind the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor, or ITER, said Bigot died Saturday from an unspecified illness. The organization’s director general since March 2015, Bigot was approaching the midway point of his second term, due to end in 2025.
An ITER statement described his death as “a tragic blow to the global fusion community.”
His deputy, Eisuke Tada, will take over leadership of the ITER project during the search for Bigot’s successor.
Unlike existing fission reactors that produce radioactive waste and sometimes catastrophic meltdowns, proponents of fusion say it offers a clean and virtually limitless supply of energy if scientists and engineers can harness it.

May 16, 2022
BOXER Musa Yamak has tragically died at 38 after collapsing in the ring and suffering a heart attack.
The unbeaten Turkish-born German fighter faced Hamza Wandera in his ninth professional bout on Saturday. Yamak took a heavy shot in the second round in a local show in Buergerhaus, Garching, near Munich. The light-heavyweight tried to come out for the third round but collapsed onto the floor and fell unconscious.
Yamak was later pronounced dead in the hospital after being diagnosed with having suffered a heart attack. According to BILD, after Yamak collapsed, medics rushed into the ring and the boxing event was cancelled.
After the fans left the arena, family members and helpers removed the ring ropes and moved chairs to clear the way for the ambulance. However, German police reported that paramedics were delayed by fans outside the venue. It was unclear whether the delayed rescue measures were responsible for Yamak's sad death.
His passing is the second recorded in the ring this year after Armenian-born Russian boxer Arrest Sahakyan passing in January.

GREECE
A “vaccinated” 7-year-old died of “something sudden” (an infection likely carried by his parents’ air conditioning system, according to one of the doctors who treated him):
The parents of the 7-year-old who died in Hippocrates [Hospital] are shocked: 15 doctors in the emergency room could not save him
May 11, 2022
"Superhuman efforts were made by all the staff, it went out in two hours - We refuse to believe it was an air conditioner infection," they said in an interview.
Unspeakable tragedy for the parents of a 7-year-old boy in Thessaloniki [Greece], who was admitted to Ippokratio hospital with a high fever and ended up two and a half hours later in the hands of doctors.
Speaking to Mega they try to realize that from one moment to the next they lost the most valuable thing they had in life
"They tried to save the child, but he was not saved. He was bleeding from his nose, mouth and it ended up "said the father of the 7-year-old and added" hours ".
"In 4 hours I bury my child and in 15 days I would celebrate his birthday. It was something sudden, superhuman efforts were made by all the staff. While my child was dying, they did the impossible. "The child had no problem, it was something sudden," says the child's mother.
As the father of the 7-year-old pointed out at the hospital, the doctors informed them that the climate and the Legionnaires' disease were to blame for the child's death, however, as he himself stated, he refuses to believe it.
"As a first phase we were told that there was a germ, called a legion, and it was found in his blood. We were even told to take out the filters (air conditioning) we have in our homes. I do not believe that one in a billion is from this thing. "From such a germ, a child with such a strong immune system can not actually end up in four hours," explains the father.
It all started last Sunday with a persistent but very common in young children fever. "He had a mild fever on Sunday afternoon, on Monday he again had a fever higher around 38 - 38.5. "We took him to the pediatrician and he told us that it was probably gastroenteritis," says the father.
On Tuesday morning, the child was admitted to Hippocrates with unbearable pain, high fever and difficulty breathing. "On Tuesday morning when we got up the child was in unbearable pain in the shoulders, he could not breathe easily, we called an ambulance and he was taken to the Hippocratic Hospital," says the father of the 7-year-old.
"She came with a fever and a hemiplegic condition. "Doctors are fighting for two hours in the emergency room," said the president of the workers of Hippocrates, George Dontsios.
"More and more doctors were coming, at some point there were 15 doctors in the room. "They tried to save the child, but he was not saved," describes the father of the 7-year-old.
They intubate it but unfortunately they do not succeed. The child leaves his last breath in their hands.
"During resuscitation, he dropped satiety, hematocrit and after 2.5 hours of trying it was not possible to keep them alive," he said.
"What I can do is thank all the people in Hippocrates, from the commander to the doctor who took him from the emergency room and all the people who for 4 hours tried to keep my child alive," said the mother of the 7-year-old.
The sudden death of the 7-year-old came just a few days after the sudden death of 3-year-old Katerina who had entered Papageorgiou with a simple swelling in his leg and ended up in Hippocrates from a heart attack with the causes still unknown.
Speaking to Nikos Evangelatos, Spyros Mazanis, a pediatrician, noted that the evidence seems to be an acute infection.
"It seems to be an acute infection. "If we talk about legionnaires' disease, it is a thunderous bacterial infection of the respiratory tract, with a mortality of up to 30%".
As Mr. Mazanis explained, this germ is found in the stagnant waters of both air conditioners and piping, and when it finds the right conditions, it "wakes up" and infects humans.
The pediatrician said that the movements made by the 7-year-old's parents were correct after they took him directly to the doctor.
"There are infections and germs that can develop in 1-2 hours and be life threatening," he said.

More on the Ukrainian woman found dead in Cyprus:
Svetlana Lavrinovich, publisher of L'Officiel Austria, died suddenly at 36
May 10, 2022
Svetlana Lavrinovich, publisher of L'Officiel Austria, L'Officiel Monaco and L'Officiel Cyprus, died suddenly at the age of 36 in Cyprus. Her husband announced this on Instagram. Now his profile and her profiles in social networks are closed, writes Insider.
He did not indicate the cause of death, it is only known that Svetlana did not wake up in the morning. “Our love and life Svetlana did not wake up yesterday morning. Farewell will take place on May 11, 2022 in Limassol, Cyprus. Rest in peace,” the husband of the deceased wrote.
Svetlana was the founder, publisher, and editor-in-chief of fashion glossy L'Officiel Austria, L'Officiel Monaco and L'Officiel Cyprus.
Little is known about Svetlana's personal life. She was not a public person despite her work, and her social media profiles were closed.
More is known about her husband, Maxim Lavrinovich. Maxim is the son of a former member of the Party of Regions Alexander Lavrinovich. Oleksandr was Minister of Justice of Ukraine in 2010-2013, Chairman of the High Council of Justice of Ukraine in 2013-2014.
The wedding of Maxim and Svetlana took place in 2013. The tabloids wrote a lot about her. According to rumors, more than a million hryvnias were spent on it. The couple got married in the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, a plane with an advertising congratulatory banner took off into the sky, and parties were held in a restaurant on Parkovaya Alley and at the film.ua film studio in Troyeshchyna.
Another case from Cyprus, from two months ago, which, in the local press, was correlated to a Moderna vaccine (link below, in Greek, and here's a summary in translation): Filio, 33 years old, died suddenly in February, 2022. A month before her death, she got a Moderna vaccine and a few hours after the vaccination, one of her fingers got bruised and swollen. She had mentioned at the vaccination center that her family has a history of thrombosis, but the staff assured her she could get vaccinated with no problem. As soon as the finger got swollen, she went to the doctor, who assured her that her swollen and bruised finger was unrelated to the vaccine. A few weeks later, the woman had symptoms of an infection--fever, sore ear and throat, and she started having intolerable pain in her leg and body. Her leg got severely swollen. She went to the doctor who said that, even though her Covid test was negative, she must have Covid, and she was taken to the Covid ward of the local hospital. Doctors found thrombosis in her abdomen, and the woman died shortly after. During the autopsy, the coroner could not pinpoint the cause of death, and the family hired a private coroner to investigate.

Just devastating to read about this. One of my daughters predicted this would happen after initial concerns regarding these type of vaccines. Although we don’t yet have a cause common sense does apply. Any risk is too high.
