Thiruvananthapuram - Malayalam film and television actor K S Premkumar, better known as Kochu Preman, passed away here on Saturday. He was 68. The actor, who was undergoing treatment for breathing difficulties, passed away at a private hospital here.

Vijayawada - A 20-year-old engineering student of IIIT-Idupalapaya died of a heart attack on Monday. The deceased was identified V Sai Shankar, a final-year engineering student of IIIT-Idupalapaya in Kadapa district. He suffered a heart attack while he was returning to the hostel after a workout with his friends. He died while being shifted to a private hospital in Kadapa.

The student has been identified as 18-year-old Balakrishna, a resident of Pothugal, Mustabad. He was studying intermediate in a private college. He complained of chest pain after which his family members rushed him to the hospital. Later he was shifted to another hospital for better treatment where he died of another massive heart attack.

Bareilly - A 23-year-old man working as a teacher at a school in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly died of a heart attack while offering prayers on Saturday. The incident happened at a prayer meet at JK School Academy in Subhash Nagar area under Shahi police station limits, triggering panic. Moments before Govind suffered a cardiac arrest, he was busy gathering the children on the ground and then he started praying. But all of a sudden, his health deteriorated and he collapsed, following which he was rushed to a nearby private hospital. Seeing his health worsening, the doctors at the hospital referred him to a medical college but he could not be saved.

The man bowed his head in front of Sai Baba in the temple but did not get up again. A video of this entire incident has gone viral on the internet. In the video it can be seen that the devotee had gone to the temple of Baba and was praying at his feet. When the young man remained in the posture of bowing his head for a long time, the priest of the temple reached out to him, shook him and looked at him. Visuals showed other devotees coming near him to check about his health. There was no movement in the body as seen in the visuals. This entire incident has been captured in the CCTV installed in the temple. The cause of death is being told to be a heart attack.

According to the initial reports, the woman died after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest. The incident took place in Bhadwana village of Malihabad on the outskirts of Lucknow on Saturday evening. Speaking to the media, the SHO of the area said that the bride reached the stage and garlanded the groom. However, within seconds later the bride fell to the ground and collapsed. The guests and family members immediately took her to the hospital, where they referred her to the Trauma Center but she died on the way.

An ambulance arrived and sent the male victim to Kwong Wah Hospital. A friend of his said at the scene that there was a league match between Japanese teams at 9 o'clock this morning. Huang is a local and was invited to participate in the competition. Huang's wife also came to join him. When the game was in the second game, he suddenly fainted on the ground. A friend said that there was no collision at the time, and someone who knew first aid immediately gave him first aid for cardiac arrest. The friend continued that the deceased graduated from the University of Hong Kong and played softball during his school days. Taipei - The Deputy Chief of the Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Yunlin County, Lin Chen-shun (林振順), died early Sunday (Dec. 4) morning after he slipped and fell in a restroom at a convenience store in Douliu City. Lin reportedly slipped and fell while entering a bathroom stall. He was found by his friend, who immediately called for help. Lin reportedly lost vital signs on route to the Yunlin branch of National Taiwan University Hospital, and was declared dead upon arrival, shortly after midnight. The 47-year-old Lin met with his friend sometime after 11:00 p.m. at the convenience store for drinks, and was not on duty when the incident occurred, reports UDN. News of the officer’s sudden death shocked his family and colleagues.

Binh Dinh - On the morning of December 4, Mr. Dao Duc Tuan – Director of Binh Dinh Department of Education and Training – confirmed that a student of Phu Cat High School No. 3 (Cat Hung commune, Phu Cat district) died during a running test. School held on 11/27. That’s LAT, a student in class 12A1 from Phu Cat 3 High School. T. is a member of the school’s athletic talent team in running. “After the incident, we contacted Binh Dinh Provincial General Hospital for active support, but T. died before reaching the hospital. The school has coordinated with the police and district agencies. Phu Cat takes steps to handle the case according to regulations,” Mr. Tuan said. The previous times, the LAT was running normally. This time, T. participated in the 200m race, but only ran about 170m when he encountered a problem. Immediately after the incident, the school’s medical staff promptly gave first aid, transferred to the dispensary and then transferred directly to Binh Dinh Provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment, but the child did not survive. “According to an external autopsy, the doctor’s preliminary conclusion was that T. was not affected by external forces. The likely cause of death was related to cardiovascular problems but was not detected early,” he said.

According to initial information, around 11:25 a.m. on November 29, after eating at school, A. was sent to bed by the teachers as usual. After that, the teacher went to check and found that the other children were asleep, but A. refused to sleep and had many unusual signs of health. Right after that, A. was taken to Hoai An District Health Center by his teachers for emergency treatment, and at the same time called to notify his family. However, grandson A. died. Sydney healthcare worker Melanie Leffler, 39, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep on November 19. She had tested positive on a rapid test that day, with her husband Mick saying she only had 'a running nose and a slightly sore throat'. Her brother Kris Leffler said the family has yet to receive the coroner's report but believes her sudden death may be due to complications with her heart. Inflammation of the heart muscle and the tissue surrounding the heart, known as myocarditis and pericarditis, can in rare cases be caused by Covid vaccines, but is also a result of the virus itself.

New Zealand musician and 'Dunedin sound' icon Hamish Kilgour has been found dead after being missing since November 27. Kilgour co-founded band The Clean in 1978, and was last seen at Palms Shopping Mall in Christchurch. The Otago Daily Times reported a police spokeswoman confirmed he had been found dead. Police confirmed to Newshub the matter had been referred to the Coroner. The Clean were inducted into the New Zealand Music Hall of Fame in 2017. Hamish Kilgour joked at the time he'd rather have been inducted to the "Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame in America, because I think that one comes with some cash".
