Jan has meant a lot to WWNA, nothing was too much for him. He has taught many a youth player the finer points of playing football and he always did so with full commitment. He demanded that of himself but also of the players. This season, Jan was trainer/coach of the 023 team, which continued after the winter break as WWNA sat 3. A difficult season due to a lack of staffing in the team, but Jan did not give up. Everything in the interest of the team and the players, together with his co-trainer / coach, they do everything they can to keep the team within the lines.
We remember Jan as a cheerful guy, who died much too young. He was only 58 years old.
