The composer Víctor Rasgado Flores passed away today, at the age of 63, reported the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature ( INBAL ), through his Twitter account (@bellasartesinba): “With sadness we regret the sensitive death of the musician and composer Víctor Rasgado Flores, whose prolific career has placed Mexico on the world scene of contemporary music. We send condolences to his family and artistic community."
Rasgado Flores was born on July 8, 1959 in Mexico City and received awards such as the Alfredo Casella International Composition Prize in 1993 for his work "Revontulet" and, a year later, the Orpheus for chamber operas given by the Teatro Lirico. Sperimentale, the Wiener Kammeroper and Casa Ricordi, the Italian classical music publishing label, for their one-act opera “Anacleto Morones”, based on the homonymous story by Juan Rulfo.

The semi-naked body of a lifeless man was found this day on planting grounds in the vicinity of the Auxiliary Board of Santa María Xonacatepec. According to police sources, it is known that it was peasants in the area who, upon reaching their corn planting land, next to Technical Secondary School number 66, discovered the male who apparently did not move and better decided to warn the number for Emergencies 9-1-1. A cardiac arrest ended the life of a man in the Vicente Guerrero neighborhood, causing him to collide with his car. The person was driving on Juan de Dios Robledo, crossed Juan Pablo Segundo Avenue and went on to crash against a light post. A woman tried to help him when she saw his health condition, but she and the other passersby could not save him. Motorcyclist suffers a heart attack on the street; he loses his life later in the hospital

A motorcyclist lost his life while being treated in a private hospital, after suffering a heart attack this Monday afternoon in the vicinity of the Ejido México. This is a man identified as Jorge "N", presumably a worker at a lumberyard located in that sector, and who was riding a white Italika motorcycle. Information collected indicates that the motorcyclist was traveling on Sinaloa street, but upon reaching the intersection with the Los Mochis-Ahome highway, he fainted. They were workers at a gas station located at that intersection, who, realizing that he was unconscious on top of the motorcycle, approached to help him. In addition, a taxi driver who witnessed the event requested help from the emergency lines and stopped an element of the Motorized Group of the Secretariat of Public Security and Citizen Protection of Ahome, who was passing through. The agent realized the seriousness of the situation and again spoke through his communication radio so that the Red Cross paramedics would hurry. Upon arriving at the scene, they immediately gave him cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), but he did not react and they used the defibrillator, with which they managed to revive him and again he had vital signs. Once they saved him, he was transferred by the same Red Cross paramedics to a private hospital. However, while receiving medical attention, the man unfortunately lost his life.

Taxi driver dies after heart attack at the wheel in Reynosa; two passengers injured

A taxi driver died tonight after suffering a heart attack while doing his job, resulting in two injured passengers, in the east-west traffic lanes of the Río Bravo-Reynosa highway near the Del Maestro neighborhood. The injured passengers received prehospital care and were transferred to area hospitals. Upon suffering the heart attack, the taxi driver lost control of the steering wheel and jumped the central median until colliding with a white Pontiac van. After the ministerial proceedings, the body of the taxi driver was lifted by the Forensic Medical Service and transferred to the morgue for the legal autopsy.
