Nijmegen - Nijmegen law student Mark Mulder, who recently filed a lawsuit against the municipality of Nijmegen to enforce energy surcharge, has died suddenly. The Austrian-registered plane was flying from Jerez in southern Spain on Sunday and was due to land in Cologne, Germany. The Cessna 551 aircraft with the flight number OE-FGR was believed to have crashed after following an erratic flight path with no one visible in the cockpit, according to the FlightRadar24 website. NATO jets had been trying to follow the aircraft. The website said that the flight took off from Jerez just before 3 p.m. local time and that the aircraft turned twice, at Paris and Cologne, before heading straight over the Baltic Sea, passing the Swedish island of Gotland.
Man dies on a bicycle tour near Fraxern in Vorarlberg

On Saturday evening, a 56-year-old man was reported missing to the police in Vorarlberg after failing to return from a bike ride in the Fraxern area. After a subsequent search by mountain rescue and the police, a lifeless person and an e-bike were found by a police patrol in the area of the Ober-Gochtweg in the direction of Viktorsberg. This was the missing person. According to the findings of the police, the man may have fallen through his own fault. A medical emergency cannot be ruled out as the cause of death. More than twice as many drowning accidents from leisure boats this summer

The summer started calmly with few accidents in June, but in both July and August we have unfortunately experienced many drowning deaths. 17 drowning deaths in August is the highest number we have recorded since we took over responsibility for the national drowning statistics six years ago. During the summer, 40 people lost their lives in drowning accidents. That's what Tanja Krangnes, head of drowning prevention at the Rescue Company, says in a press release. There are reports of less use of recreational boats on the lake, but this summer the number of drowning accidents from recreational boats has more than doubled. Asp. pcs Krzysztof Ślusarczyk died suddenly on Tuesday, August 30. He served in the police for almost 26 years. He started in the riot police and was the longest with the Wrocław Stare Miasto Police Station. He has recently been working there as a duty officer. Tragic messages from Slovakia. Polish tourist dies in mountains

Yesterday afternoon, during the descent from the pass under Tanechinice in Malaya Fatra, a 60-year-old Polish tourist suddenly lost consciousness, according to the weekly Podhalansky. By the time rescuers arrived before the HZS arrived on the scene, a colleague, in accordance with the recommendations conveyed by phone, had begun performing resuscitation.
A group of rescuers followed the Pole. The helicopter also took off, but tall trees prevented it from landing where the Polish tourists were. Last farewell to the late Fr. Piotr Kilian in Jenikowo

The late Fr. Pastor Piotr Kilian [50]. Several dozen motorcyclists and firefighters from the Volunteer Fire Brigade from Dębice also participated in his last journey. Father Piotr Kilian was born in 1972. He was ordained priest on May 31, 1998 in Szczecin. He served in parishes in Gryfino, Szczecin, Trzebiatów and Pełczyce. He has been a pastor in Jenikowo since 2017. He died suddenly on August 24. His family, residents and priests participated in his last journey to Jenikowo. Archbishop Andrzej Dzięga took part in the mass. Among the participants of the ceremony there were several dozen motorcyclists as well as firefighters from the Volunteer Fire Department Dębice and the flagship SP Dębice. After the mass, the funeral procession was assisted by motorcyclists.

The local community was involved in the search for a donor for the footballer. In June, an event was organized in the athlete's home town, as part of which it was possible to sign up for the donor bank. A total of 320 people registered, ready to help Jacek. Unfortunately, the disease progressed too quickly. The 23-year-old did not receive surgery. He died on August 18. His teammates said goodbye to him.

Theater director Joan Ollé dies of a heart attack at the age of 66

Ollè, one of the best known and artistically valued Catalan stage directors, founder of the Dagoll Dagom company and author of numerous shows, had been at the center of the controversy over accusations of abuse by students at the Institut del Teatre, where he was a teacher, and he was subjected to an investigation by the pedagogical center which, in his case, was shelved due to lack of evidence. The news of Ollé's sudden death has shaken the Catalan art world, mediated between those who supported him, including many of his friends, and those who criticized him.
The controversy over the Institut del Teatre case has marked Ollé's career in such a way that if it weren't for that, today we would simply be talking about the death of one of the most brilliant theater directors of his generation. At least seven people were killed and seven more wounded in the Netherlands when a truck drove off a dike and slammed into a community barbecue. It happened on Saturday evening in the village of Nieuw-Beijerlanda south of Rotterdam, when police say a large truck left a small rural road and careered down the bank of the dike, and ploughed into the village gathering. Six people were initially confirmed dead before authorities confirmed on Wednesday that an unborn child was also killed.
The exact cause of the crash is now under investigation, but police spokesperson Mirjam Boers said the truck driver was a 46-year-old Spanish man, and that he was not under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. “For the time being, we are keeping all scenarios about the facts open,” the police said in a statement.

Rivarolo, 33, suddenly dies in Tenerife: an autopsy is ordered
