Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley sued after Kiss guitar tech dies of COVID: Report
October 13, 2023
The lawsuit alleges that Kiss guitar tech Francis Stueber died just days after contracting the illness while on tour with the band in October 2021. Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of KISS reportedly have been named in a new lawsuit filed by the family of the band's late guitar tech Francis Stueber. According to the suit, Stueber's family says he died just days after contracting the COVID-19 virus while on tour with the band in October 2021, per TMZ. The Messenger reached out for comment to Simmons' and Stanley's reps, who did not immediately respond. The family says the highly contagious virus began spreading amongst the group in August that same year, beginning with Stanley. The court docs allege that protocol stated that anyone who contracted COVID while on tour had to quarantine in whichever city the band was playing in at the time. However after Stueber fell ill with the virus in Detroit and was told to stay in a Sheraton hotel in the area, KISS manager Doc McGhee allegedly did not set up the proper medical personnel to examine Stueber — despite allegedly saying he would. The documents, according to TMZ, go on to allege that after McGhee asked another tour member to check on Stueber, they found him dead in the hotel room — just two days after allegedly testing positive.

Two infants “died suddenly”:
Baby who died 34 hours after vaccines had toxic level of aluminum in his blood, report confirms
October 14, 2023
The parents of 62-day-old Sawyer learned their baby’s blood contained 95 micrograms per liter of aluminum, a level that would be toxic for adults. A Maine couple last week finally got the answers they’d been seeking for nearly a year, ever since their 62-day-old son, Sawyer, died Oct. 28, 2022—34 hours after receiving his scheduled childhood vaccines. A toxicologist told the couple the aluminum and antigen levels in the blood were due to the vaccines. She also said a viral infection Sawyer was being treated for could have been a contributing factor. Sawyer’s parents, Melissa—a registered nurse—and her fiancé Nick shared their story last week with journalist Jennifer Margulis. In an interview this week with The Defender, the couple detailed their search for truth, beginning with how Maine’s medical examiner refused repeated requests to perform lab tests that might have shown the culpability of the vaccines—and instead initially ruled Sawyer’s death “asphyxiation due to inappropriate sleep position and environment.” On Oct. 20, 2022, Melissa took Sawyer to a doctor for a persistent rash around his torso. The doctor diagnosed a viral infection, gave Melissa some medicinal cream, and told her to monitor Sawyer’s temperature for possible fever.
Remembering Oaklynn, sudden death of 1-year-old
October 14, 2023
Allegheny County [PA] police are investigating after a 1-year-old was found unresponsive inside of a Robinson Township home. Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 talked with Oaklynn Niebergall’s family, who said the baby had a seizure in the bathtub last week. She died in the hospital a few days later. “Just bad timing. It happened to be in the bathtub. Mom grabbed her as quick as she could, but it just stopped her heart. They did CPR for an hour and a half. Those paramedics did not stop until they got to the hospital, and then the hospital did not stop. Even after they diagnosed her brain dead, they just did every care for her,” said Oaklynn’s grandmother, Marcia Reitnauer. Oaklynn turned 1 on Wednesday.
No cause of death reported.
Note from our researcher:
Unlike SIDS, where babies quietly expire in the night, this death was of a child taking a bath who suddenly developed seizures. In SIDS deaths, researchers don’t know why they suddenly die. Maybe it’s obstructed airway due to bedding. Maybe the babies brains “forget” to breathe. This child was alive and enjoying a bath before suddenly having a seizure which “stopped her heart”. No previous health issues are mentioned. The long term unknown side effects of vaccinated children in the womb or even vaccinating them as infants with new bivalent boosters is unknown.

October 6, 2023
A 32-year-old inmate at the St. Louis City Justice Center died Aug. 20 from complications from diabetes. Still, medical records the medical examiner reviewed as part of his autopsy, showed the inmate may have been unaware he had the disease. Carlton Bernard’s cause of death is listed as diabetes mellitus, complicated by ketoacidosis and hyponatremic dehydration with blood and vitreous ketones present as well as hepatic hemangioma, according to the autopsy report. The conditions are due to a specific type of dehydration caused by the body’s own effort to combat the effects of a diabetic episode, said St. Louis Medical Examiner Dr. Kanayo Tatsumi. Mayor Tishaura Jones created the board to advise her and jail and law enforcement officials regarding operations, conditions and policies. Bernard is one of 10 inmates who died at the hospital while in custody of the CJC within the past two years. He’s one of three who have died within the past few weeks.
