Since last September, 23 comedians, a comedy writer and a comedy promoter have all "died suddenly" of this or that (and two other comedians nearly died)
Always a tough business, comedy has been especially tough these past 10+ months, as we can see from these reports out of the US, Canada, Chile, the UK, Italy, India, South Korea and Australia
For those who might be thinking (wishfully) that this is “normal,” here’s a webpage noting how many comedians have died over the years:
From this resource we learn that two (American) comedians died in 2020, five in 2019, five in 2018, and seven in 2017—a cohort including such old-timers as Shelley Berman, Dick Gregory, Don Rickles, Bill Dana and Professor Irwin Corey: all Grand Old Men of Comedy whose time had come. By contrast with those modest numbers, eleven American comedians have “died suddenly” since last September.
And there's a book called Ten Comedians Who Died on Stage, which includes ONE such death in 2019, with all the others from the Seventies and Eighties.
So this toll, over just the last 10+ months, is not just abnormal, but unprecedented—just like the larger die-off in all professions, all around the world.
Note the bolded questions after several of these items, indicating what key information the “free press” in those countries made no effort to provide about these two dozen “sudden deaths.”

The Amazing Johnathan, the ‘Freddy Krueger of comedy,’ dead at 63
February 23, 2022
John Edward Szeles, the standup comic and magician who delighted in shocking audiences for decades as “The Amazing Johnathan,” died at his Las Vegas home Tuesday after a long battle with heart disease. The self-described “Freddy Krueger of comedy” was 63.
“Johnathan Szeles (Amazing Johnathan ) has passed away at around 11:30 pm 2/22/22,” fellow standup comic Penny Wiggins, 60, posted on Facebook. “My heart is broken. One of my best friends, one of the funniest humans I’ve ever met. I loved him so very much and will never forget this wonderful, amazing, kind, funny, great person.”
How long that “battle” was, and whether his disease might have been exacerbated, if not induced, by prior “vaccination,” are questions that a free press would attempt to answer.

Comedian Gilbert Gottfried has died
April 12, 2022
Comedian Gilbert Gottfried has died at 67. A post on his verified Twitter feed says he died following a long illness.
Gottfried died from recurrent ventricular tachycardia due to myotonic dystrophy type II, a disorder that affects the heart, according to a statement by his publicist and longtime friend Glenn Schwartz to the Associated Press.
There was always a glint in his eye when Gottfried was just about to tell an edgy joke, for example this one from his Just for Laughs set in 2015: "Let me tell you when I was a little boy if my father bought me a baseball I would've made out with him ... and I don't want to tell you what I would've done for a G.I Joe."
Whether it was natural disasters or terrorist attacks, the phrase "too soon" was never a part of his vocabulary as Gottfried told NPR in 2011.
"There's that old saying, tragedy plus time equals comedy. And I always say like, well, why wait?"
Gottfired was also an actor, including lending his unique voice to Disney's Aladdin.
In February, Gottfried had tweeted on the need for widespread “vaccination,” “to revive live entertainment”:
His prior “pro-vax” stance now prompted many fans and others to infer that he had died from his injection—a grass-roots consensus that impelled the “fact-checkers” to attempt to shout it down. Nevertheless, and his prior illness notwithstanding, his fatal tachycardia may just as easily have been induced by the “vaccine.”
A possible “vaxxident”:

Bob Odenkirk Details Heart Attack on ‘Better Call Saul’ Set, Says He “Started Turning Bluish-Gray” and Had No Pulse at One Point
The actor, who was taken to the ER after the on-set medical emergency in July 2021, said he had a history of plaque buildup in his heart that was the cause of the incident.
Feb. 9, 2022 Bob Odenkirk has opened up about his heart attack while on the set of his AMC series Better Call Saul back in July 2021, an experience that Odenkirk has no memory of but resulted in the actor having stents put into his heart.
In an interview with The New York Times, Odenkirk recounts the ordeal, which he was able to piece together through co-star Rhea Seehorn and others who were there at the time. The actor said the cause of the medical emergency on July 28, 2021, was the result of a history of plaque buildup in his heart.
“I’d known since 2018 that I had this plaque buildup in my heart,” Odenkirk said. “I went to two heart doctors at Cedars-Sinai, and I had dye and an M.R.I. and all that stuff, and the doctors disagreed.” After getting different advice from two separate doctors on treatment, Odenkirk followed the suggestion of the second professional, who said he didn’t need to immediately start medication.
The actor said he had remained fine up until that moment, when “one of those pieces of plaque broke up.” “We were shooting a scene, we’d been shooting all day, and luckily I didn’t go back to my trailer,” he said. Instead, he retreated to a location on one of the show’s “massive” soundstages where he and co-stars Patrick Fabian and Seehorn hung out. He says that decision resulted in him not being alone and allowed for more immediate help when his heart attack happened.
Whether Odenkirk was “vaccinated,” and, if so, whether it, and not his “history of plaque buildup,” caused his heart attack; or whether both it and his prior condition caused it, are questions that a free press would attempt to answer.

What Happened To Comedian Selvy? Mathias Correia Passed Away
July 25, 2022
Several tweets are poring [sic] on Twitter after the death of Comedian Selvy, aka Mathias Correia. He passed away in Goa medical college and Hospital while undergoing his treatment for diabetes.
A politician Peter De Souza writes, "Deeply saddened by the sudden demise of renowned Goan #Comedian and #Tiatrist, Mathias Correia, famously known as #ComedianSelvy."
Just a week ago, there was news that Comedian Selvy, aka Mathias Correia, was hospitalized at Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC), Bambolim. However, a few days later, again, news broke that he was doing just and recovering well.
On Sunday, Selvy was playing in his play "8 Dis" at Pai Tiatrist Hall in Margao when he began to feel nervous. He also mentioned having a toothache to the cast and crew.
He went to South Goa District Hospital in Margao on Monday for a checkup. The physicians there informed him that his diabetes and hemoglobin level had significantly fallen, and they promptly forwarded him to GMC.
However, his child made an announcement that he was recovering. His diabetes was coming back to normal, but then again, his blood platelet count was yet to improve. He was not even in ICU and was actively responding to calls.
The chaos in the fraternity after the news gradually got put down. Everyone thought that it was a regular health problem, and he got treated. It was nothing to get worried about in people's minds, but to our shock, he could not survive it.
Alas! the condition seemed to confound, and Selvy could not make it. Comedian Mathias passed away on 25th July 2022.

This is exactly what I suspect happened to a colleague of mine. She got cancer ~2020, went on leave, came back in 2021, was fine, then died suddenly in 2022. I didn't know her all that well on a personal level so don't know if she got vaxxed. (But yeah, being under a doctor's care for cancer in 2021, ya gotta know they pushed it.) As for "dying suddenly", we were emailing about work stuff one day this spring and then four days later I get the news she's dead. Freaked me out.
