Its from the Lancet, which I do not consider to be reputable- it’s part of the problem, and I wouldn’t believe a word they publish.
The deaths were all of the 1-2 week post-jab variety, and reported to the system as probably vaccine related - which accounts for far fewer deaths than those that occur further down the line and are therefore less easily identified as being caused by the jab.
They did seem to get the most common cause-of-death correct: cardiovascular, but I would disagree about the others as we are seeing more cancers, suicides, ... than, say, respiratory.
Small study, way smaller than it probably should have been given the amount of data out there available for study.
“ Interpretation: The consistency seen among cases in this review with known COVID-19 vaccine adverse events, their mechanisms, and related excess death, coupled with autopsy confirmation and physician-led death adjudication, suggests there is a high likelihood of a causal link between COVID-19 vaccines and death in most cases.
