The shortage of both vehicles and drivers is at once a sign of this worldwide extermination drive, and a contributing factor.
This “ambulance crisis” didn’t start with the injections—it was already making some news, here and there, pre-2020—but it’s been made much worse, all around the world, by “vaccination,” as these pieces demonstrate (and there are many more than these):

What is being done to ease the ambulance 'crisis'?

How bad is the problem?
On Thursday, First Minister Nicola Sturgeon told the Scottish Parliament that the ambulance service was already "operating at its highest level of escalation".
Emergency call handlers in Scotland have been receiving about 10,000 calls a month more this summer than they were last year.
Crews are not getting to all of those additional patients because there are simply not enough ambulances on the road.

Atlanta to start city ambulance service after frustrations mount with Grady EMS
June 29, 2022
While acknowledging longer wait times for some calls and a pandemic-induced staffing shortage that has impacted operations, Grady officials say the broader criticism is unwarranted. Still, last month they implemented a restructuring of Grady’s dispatch system to try to direct more personnel to life-threatening calls, including heart attacks and strokes.
“We are constantly looking at methods to do it better,” said Grady EMS operations head Erin Vickery. “And we would do that with or without staffing challenges.”

Shortages are as easy as 1, 2, 3 - whee!:
1. Mandate vaxxed ambulance drivers and healthcare workers: Workers resign = shortage
2. Mandate and push vax on the world: High demand from vax injured = shortage
3. Raise gas prices through the roof: Cannot afford to send ambulances = shortage
(Probably many more reasons too!)
But you wouldn’t want to go to a hospital anyway. They will PCR diagnose you with COVID, put you on “run death is near” (remdesivir), and then ventilate you to death. We all lose.
Here in the states, my son personally spoke with an emt that said he would never take the vaccine after all the calls he's responded to once it started being given. My chiropractor said he knew several that had quit because of the very same reason, they were no way taking it after all the calls they responded to. No doubt this is creating the crisis.
