A Covid compliance officer. WTF is that? Is that what Rock and Roll has come down to? Traveling with virus sniffers? And the one guy, the one DRUMMER who wouldn't take the shot has to make up excuses for it and exonerate his bandmates for booting him off the tour. It’s getting closer to the time that we can resume face to face drum lessons! It’s looking like I’ll be able to have students at home from 11th October. As long as they come from a household of fully vaccinated adults (in line with government rules).
Please let me know if your child is willing and able to resume face to face lessons from 11th October.
My partner and I are both fully vaccinated (my certificate is attached). I will be wearing a mask throughout the lessons, will have the window open and will be running an air purifier in the room.

I recall I went to University with her - yikes. I was a cellist, not so much a drummer (except for drumming on metal objects like water bottles lol). Zero magic juice shots for me too equals winning!

You’ve probably already consider this but I’m a musician and my experience is, drummers are drenched after shows. No one in the band is a match to the cardio workout playing drums is- likely on par with soccer players.

I had Delta last summer and treated with FLCCC protocols. I also added a supplement from Healthy Cell recommended by Dr. McCullough. At my follow up doctors visit, all of my vitals were great. Our sons are unjabbed of course and the only ones to only have Covid once. These folks will literally boost themselves straight into the grave no matter what happens right in front of their faces. My story, I play in a 5 piece cover band 3 of the 5 vaxxed. Soon after the shots 2 have Afib and other health problems, also Diverticulitis, our sound man has Colon Cancer that came without warning. At our last gig our perfectionous drummer made glaring mistakes as did one of our guitarist and his brain fog is such that he did not even realize it!
Not surprised it's the drummers'at sadly go first--knowin' a lotta music folks myself over the years I'll say purdy confidently that drummers'are the wild cards, the "crazy men" of most bands, first ta be difficult 'er late 'er brilliant 'er git fired...The energy's more intense with 'em (bet it affects the heart...) and their beatin' out a rhythm--and havin' some souped up "vaxxine" mess with yer body's rhythm--and the one yer'a beatin'---has gotta take a toll on the ticker... Sounds kooky I'm sure but there IS something 'bout drummers and their volatility ('til their hearts explode...) I think the Ramones had mebbe 5 drummers.... May they all RIP (...or mebbe better in Beats! RIBs)
