China under COVID is a hell on earth
It's time for all of us to face it: China's latest lockdown is a crime against humanity—and we ignore it at our peril, because what's happening there will surely happen here eventually, if we let it
Here are several videos of what’s happening in China—a horror story that “our free press” is not telling, since all they do is pump out propaganda, and propaganda only tells one story at a time. Thus COVID was the only cause of death throughout 2020 (there was no death pre-COVID), just as climate change was, as it still is, the only threat to the environment, and Trump was, as he still is, not only the worst president in US history, but the only bad one (Bush and Cheney were both great, because they don’t like Trump, and Biden, if not great, is still okay, because he isn’t Trump). And since Putin is (for now) the world’s worst head of state, worse even than Assad (remember him?) and Maduro (does that name ring a bell?), and the worst that’s ever been, at least since Hitler (whom he resembles, just like Trump—whom Putin got elected), there’s nothing happening in China, Xi’s not so bad, and what’s happening in Shanghai doesn’t matter, because it’s not Ukraine, which is the only country under horrible assault, by (who else?) Putin.
So even though there are a lot of people jumping out the windows of their high-rise apartments in Shanghai, because they’re desperate, having been locked up for days without a bite to eat, and that horrific spectacle recalls the sight of those Americans who jumped from the Twin Towers on 9/11—a sight that “our free press” did show us—there’s just no story in Shanghai, or anywhere in China, because China isn’t Russia, Xi isn’t Putin, and anyway the COVID lockdown over there is not a crime against the Chinese people, because, beyond the fact that Putin is the only monster wielding power in any country in the world today, there’s still COVID, which still poses an existential threat to all humanity, or will again, and, if not, there’ll be some other virus just as dangerous, requiring that the US, and the world, be locked down, too.
Here, then, are some shocking glimpses of what “our free press” is not reporting about China:
https://strangesounds.org/2022/04/china-has-gone-full-orwellian-schwabs-utopia-becoming-a-reality-in-shanghai-troops-people-screaming-jumping-out-of-windows-farmers-arrested-big-tech-censorship-videos-and-pictures.html
And here’s an interview with a Ukrainian woman in a Shanghai COVID camp (a story that “our free press” must ignore, because she didn’t lie about atrocities committed by the Russians in her native country, but told some truths about what’s happening in Shanghai):
https://unherd.com/thepost/inside-shanghais-zero-covid-camp/
And here’s an excellent Substack by “Edward Slavsquat,” who rightly asks if we might finally talk about what’s happening over there:
OPEN THREAD: Can we talk about what's happening in China?
Or is that a big no-no?
That’s a damn good question, which I believe “the left”—that is, those “leftists” who get riled by any criticism of the CCP—should face, and now, because what’s happening to those Chinese people will surely happen to the rest of us throughout the “democratic” West, if the authors of the COVID/“vaccine”/ Ukraine sequence of traumatic crises have their way. (Because they still fear COVID, and hate Putin above all, those “leftists” probably won’t face what’s happening over China, so I’ll take that suggestion back.)
And, as to what’s really happening in China, there’s also the important question of what the CCP’s own “vaccination” drive is doing to the Chinese people—a toll that started soon after the CCP started injecting Sinovac into a lot of Chinese people’s veins. Although it’s even harder to get truth from China than it is from the US (which is really saying something), we know already that that “vaccine” too is sickening and killing people. Here, for instance, is a scientific article about a case of mad cow disease contracted following a Sinovac injection:
https://cms.galenos.com.tr/Uploads/Article_50671/TYBD-0-0.pdf
And here’s an Epoch Times report on Chinese children developing leukemia post-“vaccination”:
He’s among hundreds of Chinese that belong to a social media group whose members claim to be suffering from or have a household member suffering from leukemia that developed after taking Chinese vaccines. Eight of them confirmed the situation when contacted by The Epoch Times; names of the interviewees have been withheld to protect their safety.
https://www.theepochtimes.com/children-in-china-contract-leukemia-after-taking-chinese-vaccines_4332657.html
Now, if it were only Epoch Times reporting such “adverse events,” I’d likely take it with a grain of salt, since that outlet is deeply hostile to the CCP (though I have found its reportage in general to be quite reliable). But Epoch Times is not my only source of information on the subject of the CCP’s “vaccine,” and what it’s doing to people over there: China’s press itself reports such stories, now and then—such as the one I just sent out today in my latest “Died Suddenly” compilation, of over 20 elderly Chinese who’ve died of COVID in a Shanghai nursing home; and the two that I included in a prior compilation, one about a kindergartener’s parents demanding answers from the government about that child’s sudden death, the other about a 58-year-old railway worker who also “died suddenly”:

And then there is this firsthand testimony of “vaccine” injury, by a poet and artist who returned to China after studying at NYU, and who sent two letters to a friend and colleague of mine at the university:
And here’s a comment that Amy Sukwan (who has a Substack of her own) posted on one of my “Died Suddenly” compilations, concerning the toll of Sinovac on the people of Thailand:
I call the Covid "vaccines" conjabs because all of them are dangerous and useless. Here in Thailand they rolled out Chinese Sinovac first. It seems like everyone here knows someone who dropped dead after those jabs too. We have a close friend who now has these weird Parkinson's like tics and complains of a lot of pain everytime we see him. He blames it on a motorbike accident that happened shortly after he was jabbed but I never knew of a broken collarbone causing tremors months later. Hope that some governments might not have been actively trying to depopulate their citizens is gone from me...
One of Amy’s readers posted this comment:
I had serious heart issues and a mini stroke from Sinovac. Wish there was more discussion about it and potential fixes, but it's all 'The mRNA jabs are bad mkay?"
(Amy’s reply:
Hope you were able to recover and prayers for healing. I don't trust any of them. I've heard ivermectin can help with jab injuries...)
What exactly is the CCP’s “vaccine” protocol for China? The answer isn’t clear, because the government does not impose it outright. Here’s an overview from Dylan Harnett, my assistant:
Beijing has a booster mandate for some construction workers, cooks, security guards, cleaning personnel, and other workers.
One city, Wanning, told residents they would be unable to receive government benefits or to use public transportation if they did not get injected (Bloomberg). But the central Chinese authorities instructed the provinces and cities to stop mandating the injections: "Some areas are making the vaccination rather simplified, and even mandatory for everyone. This approach must be corrected" is the language that the National Health Commission (NHC) used in April 2021. The NHC took an expressly pro-"voluntary" "vaccination" position.
But Bloomberg's report suggests that the CCP has been pressuring Chinese people to get injected: "China has been calling on the tens of millions of people who work at state-owned enterprises, and the roughly 90 million Communist Party members, to act as role models in the push."
In October 2021, a Reddit user claimed to be a resident in China who can tell us how the vaccine policies work. (That link goes to a Reddit page about China, and, from reading the comments, there seem to be some Chinese bots or propagandists who are spreading pro-CCP narratives.)
The gist of that Reddit user's post is that the CCP told the local authorities to make sure that people get "vaccinated," and that's why those local authorities used coercion or mandates, which increased injection rates and satisfied the CCP. Then, some citizens complained about the mandates to the NHC, which then criticized the mandates, to save face.
There's no requirement for the general public, according to the Reddit user, but "if you are in government or state-owned enterprises and organizations," then it is "almost mandatory" to get the shot.
If officials ask you why you haven't taken the shot--as of October, they would ask you every two or three days--and if you can't give a proper reason (allergies or chronic conditions, but religion is not an acceptable reason), then they can't make you get it, but "you probably will have a hard time in your career." That's what happens for people who work for a state-owned business or organization.
Another Reddit user says there was a testing mandate in China early on in the pandemic. And another says that in Macau there is a vaccine-or-weekly-testing mandate (you have to pay for the test) and suggests that there are a lot of uninjected people in Macau: The mandate "has been something that upset the locals ... because there is a huge amount of the local population who listens to right-wing media, not only local, but American as well.
The same CCP duplicity allegedly happened with the restrictions on unvaccinated people dining, working, or traveling (the post doesn't specify which): Cities implemented restrictions, and then, the central government clarified that there shouldn't be restrictions on un-injected people, though there are "still some" of those restrictions "in some cities."
According to Reuters, as of October, 2021, after injecting over three-fourths of the people of China with two doses, the Chinese government has "urged" people to get a third dose, "without making it clear" to their citizens what the consequences will be if they remain unboosted.
For the first two doses, China "prioritized" healthcare workers, then immuno-compromised people, and then people over 60 years old. So I'm guessing there must have been some degree of coercion directed at those groups.
A survey conducted by the Chinese CDC in April 2021 found that only 42% of "healthcare and epidemic preparedness workers" wanted a vaccine (BMJ and South China Morning Post). Levels of "hesitancy" were high.
At the same time when the survey was conducted, or soon before it, Hong Kong said that public demand for the injections was strong, strong enough hat they had to switch from offering Pfizer to offering Sinovac so that the supply would be greater.
At that time, Beijing's cases were extremely low--just twenty seven--but the city shut down some schools and businesses, and "sealed up" some residential compounds due to concerns about the virus.
From what I've read prior, it seems the mainstream narrative around China is, "Too bad they're so authoritarian, but they're strict enforcement of heavy lockdowns has worked and continues to work to control the virus, which is impressive." The Times (and, I assume, the rest of the media) gets the opportunity to pose as if they're lax or moderate about Covid by writing about the harshness and tyranny of the Chinese measures--i.e., "China is tyrannical, not the West."
And, The Times at times fetishizes the way that some Chinese citizens obey or even enforce the measures. That obedience can be so subservient, almost to the point of being masochistic, but The Times suggests that those Chinese citizens are truly glad to comply, or that such dutiful compliance is organic.
(According to Yahoo! News, 22 million people in Shanghai, out of a total population of 26 million, have been doubly “vaccinated,” and 11 million have been boosted.

Finally, here’s an email from a former student of my own, telling what she’s learned from friends and family over there:
Hello Professor Miller,
I no longer know what's true there. When I talked to my friends and family in different cities, everyone told me different things. So all I have is stories. But every story is absurd, showing a certain consistency there.
The time for pushing vaccines has long passed. Among everyone I know, perhaps only less than 5 people really dodged it. Two of them are self-hired yoga teachers so no one really pushes them to do it. Otherwise, you must have strong doubts about the gov so that you escape. Even I got two before coming to ______. I have friends who received their parents' call from their hometown because their parents were still working, and the village gov asked them all the info about their kids in Beijing. If you work for the gov, skipping is not quite possible. My boyfriend's grandmother got one shot so that my boyfriend's cousin got an incentive from the company. Now is the time for the mandated PCR test.
My city has 10 million people, and they are having EVERYONE tested. I think Shanghai also did an everyone-test. My parents got tested downstairs. They sent two nurses wearing full gear to test the whole neighborhood. All is free. Shenzhen, one of the largest cities in China (12 million population), basically is locked down and everyone needs to work from home. In Beijing, one pupil tested positive, school basically stopped having class. I knew someone, whose colleague turned out to be COVID positive. She and all her co-workers were quarantined together (not at their home of course). So everyone is in trouble or feared especially pet owners. The chain runs down like the one tested positive, anyone once stayed in the space with this person, then everyone stayed with the close contact, goes on and on. We have the "health passport" so if it turns yellow or red, you basically can go nowhere. If you met someone who turned out to be positive, you would have no idea, but you will receive a text on your phone and tell you to do a PCR. Basically, everyone was stunned there, even the most politically-moderate ones (simply don't know we can still lose more freedom and human rights).
Following orders for the "Greater Good". Coming soon to a city near you: Slaughtering "infected" pets, and caging, starving, and beating "infected" people. Wait till the next plandemic which will "get our attention" according to kill bates.

Mark, I cannot help but be suspicious. China lockdown number #1 had me all in, and I have to say China lockdown #2 is pretty believable as well. I do not believe the Chinese aren’t suffering so please do not misunderstand, but I do not believe that China is that stupid when it comes to Covid. We have Russia invading Ukraine and now China is locking down to Covid? No, I do not believe it is due to Covid, they are saying it's due to Covid but that’s not Why. Chinese are not stupid and by buying this PROPAGANDA we are believing they are. Why are they locking down? I do not pretend to know but it could be they are having civil unrest? It could be they want to pretend they are busy with Covid and are sitting out the Russia/Ukraine conflict? It could be they want to hurt the west by pretending they are down with Covid and sorry cannot make the IPhone19 for you. It could be the Globalists are using this lockdown to try and spark the next big thing. I do not believe though that China is locking down due to Covid, that I do not believe! Harry Vox video from 2014 said they will use pandemics to cover civil unrest and you educated me earlier that they did that at the beginning of this one, so why aren't they doing it in China? Do we believe they could never have civil unrest in China, that Chinese people would never lash out? Anyway, again I do not know. Here is the video I thought it was really interesting (James Delingpole tweeted it out the other day).https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wuOxG-rnj30
