It seems like the bulk of stories come out from B.C. and Alberta in Canada be it injuries and 'unknown deaths' reporting. Ontario too but other than the six doctors not much else. Government reporting appears to be fairly transparent. That leaves Quebec, the second largest province yet we hear very little of anything - plus they're playing fast, loose and fancy with the data. All this suggests to me a) there's confusion in reporting, b) manipulation of data, c) no coherent standards and d) no transparency in this country.
