It had a particular meaning for me, kind of spiritual. I related it to the need for discrimination of the truth (critical media literacy), and the benefit of remaining in the fullness of being, without the doing activity of fighting against the narrative, sometimes just in my mind or with others. From the fullness of being I can address the lies and propaganda as needed.
