Today is a good day to turn off gov’t alerts on your phone. Go to Settings, then Notifications, & Gov’t Alerts are at the bottom. Turn off phone & tv altogether today from 11-11:30 am PST, for extra measure. If able: go outside (far from towers if possible), and get INto nature, bare feet on ground or hands on trees for extra grounding. Put a shield of light around yourself, and say a prayer or affirmation for protection for self and others.
Interesting side note. I've been sleeping better now that I am unplugging my Wi-Fi at night. I used to wake up every morning at 3 AM like clockwork but, with the router unplugged, I am now sleeping through the night.
Turn it off permanently and use ethernet instead. That's what I did years ago. It's more reliable (no dropouts, no weak signal on the other side of the house), and you're not swimming in a microwave sea all the time. The downside is that crippled devices like "smart" phones with no ethernet ports will be unhappy.

My phone rings in the microwave if not placed on Airplane mode and then shut off, just fyi.
Just an fyi...microwave is better than nothing..but I hear protection is not complete enough.
As a data point - my microwave (15+ year old Whirlpool unit) seems to be completely ineffective in terms of blocking RF signals.
(Ie. my smartphone can still receive calls when placed inside the oven.)
