This passage has been haunting me since Dec. 2019. Scholars say it describes those in whom "The Light so no longer shine" (the truly wicked). However, the "strong delusion" is stuck on repeat for me.
There seems to be more than cognitive dissonance driving the sleepers,

This is so sad - and so enraging at the same time! These people should be living a long life - into their 70's, 80's and even 90's. Before all this Covid Vaxx nonsense, we were seeing more and more people living past 100 (105, even 110!).
Sadly, these people's lives have been cut short; their families have been robbed, and the U.S. government is the murderer (no doubt glad to be rid of them, because they'll never collect a dollars worth of S.S. benefits).

A lady I know just died from "vascular dementia". That's when a blood clot blocks blood to the brain and the person becomes demented. It used to be a condition after a stroke and it took 5 years to kill someone. She died within weeks, not years. In one incident, she hallucinated that she was serving tea to her family, & poured hot water on herself and burned herself horribly. I didn't tell the family that it was probably a vax injury. They wouldn't have believed me.
With heavy and saddened hearts, we announce the death of our colleague and friend, Eric W. Colhoff.
Eric passed away suddenly and unexpectedly Saturday night; we ask that you please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers.
Today, December 5th, 2022, we would have celebrated Ericâs 5th year of service at Medical Air Rescue Company, as an EMT-B. From his early days as a dispatcher (2011-2012) to his current role as EMT-B Lead / Ground Operations (2017-2022), Eric showed up every day with a passion for the career he had chosen. He loved serving his community and was loved himself for his professionalism and funny quirky personality.
We will miss Eric greatly and while we grieve his loss, we also have many warm memories to call on when we think of him.
We will communicate the details for the service as soon as the family provides them to us.

Your smokers analogy is powerful. Doctors were used in cigarette ads back in the day. Some things never change.
Hey, when I was a teenager we were allowed to smoke on school property during breaks and lunch. I smoked at home in my room and at the bus stop.

Yes! I'm so sad, I was a fan a few years back. It seems a brief respiratory illness did her in.
