In the small communities where I live and work in Victoria Australia it seems like every second person has cancer. I am in my 50s and before 2021 I knew one person personally who died of leukemia. Now I know two people with prostate cancer, three people with aggressive pancreatic cancer, someone with lung cancer and another with stomach cancer. I know of at least five other people through other people who are all dealing with crazy, sudden cancers. Some of them are fairly young still.
