I've read that some small towns across Scotland and England never truly recovered from the death's of so many young men during the two world wars. I'm not sure that Scotland, England and especially Ireland can recover from the ongoing COVID deaths.

I can see how this would occur in Scotland and Ireland but in my part of England one town runs into another then another so not so easy to see.

That's a long list this week. I was so glad to see the covid committee in the EU Parliament come out and demand their money back from Pfizer. And also a Croatian Parliament member outright question the vaccine as the cause of excess deaths, holding up a map of the highest vaccinated countries equating to the highest excess death rates (this happens at 31min):
