It is quite amazing people dropping dead while biking, swimming, hiking, or simply going to bed and dying in their sleep. Is it unusual to the Italians or does this seem normal? Very abnormal, all these sudden deaths. So many heart attacks and sudden illnesses. Unbelievable.
