A couple possibilities. I remember when covid hit Italy particularly hard, the year or years before a different flu vaccine was given there. I forget how it was different than the usual, but it caught my eye.
Then like all the big cities with covid outbreaks, Italy has rolled out 5G in their major cities. I wonder if that plays a part.
