I'm not playing devil's advocate just curious BUT ---- how does one ascertain if the driver wasn't texting, or reaching over to grab something that was out of reach, etc .... ----- and lost control of car?

I live in South Florida and we are experiencing many deadly accidents shootings suicides in the past few months in this area. There is also been an increase in aggressive, driving on both the highways and access roads.
