There is nothing normal and Ok with a 21yr old fit athlete and a form 3 pupil dying suddenly while doing what they love, which happens to be everyday sports. If these are the "so called" ones that make the news, what about the many that will never. I mean think about that.
Nothing is definitely normal about this in any way shape or form.
