Oh my God, imagine walking along that beach. That photo is crazy! People just walking around like normal while a dead body lies on the beach. Photo almost looks staged. Probably isn't as there's no profit in doing so but it half looks that way.

There was no defibrillator at this rock complex for a reason - it has never been needed until now! In my small neighbourhood in West Oxford, UK a defibrillator has just been installed at one of the buildings and residents are encouraged to take part in training to learn how to use it.
