Hundreds of thousands of people are outraged by what she did to RFKJr and yet, Krystal Ball has not apologized to her audience. Why? She simply can't because well, that's a classic trait of a true narcissist. Thank you, Dr. Crispin Miller - in reality, this is psychopathic behavior in that it involved families being destroyed, children being forced to stay home with their abusers, while missing their only hot meal of the day, and a drop of 20 to 22 points in IQ. Teen suicide is off the scale and yet, this woman went into the RFKJr interview with ZERO preparation. She could have listened and learned from one of the greatest authorities on vaccines on the planet, but instead, she chose to demean him in the nastiest manner possible. Hopefully, we'll see a lot less of her.

Marianne Williamson lost both her campaign manager and communications director in one day. Interesting. Perhaps, KB can apply for that job.

They don't apologize. They double & triple down.

Expand full comment

Apparently so, just like the CDC, WEF, NIH, WH, etc.

The lessons Krystal learned with RFK Jr is similar to Kaitlin Collins from the Trump town hall. The narratives are too fragile for a public conversation. They are doubling down on censorship and cancellation.

You're probably correct. It's going to be a long, hot summer.

To me, the problem with that interview had less to do with a combative interviewer (hey, that’s hardly unusual, esp for a presidential candidate) than RFK’s having an off day. Normally, he would have handled her sallies far more effectively. I say this because I had just watched two longish interviews with Kennedy in which he was incredibly on top of every question--convincing, very articulate, and so well-versed in an in-depth way on so many issues, and on every question posed (none were soft ball types). Somehow, in this brief interview with Ball, he got bogged down, and could not recover--which to some viewers may have made him look more like a victim than he actually was.

Expand full comment

There was no way to handle her questions well. As we all know, as we have likely experienced people like Krystal for years now, it is near-impossible to handle someone who comes to you in pure bad faith.

RFK Jr seemed a bit off when Tucker interviewed him but in a good way. I think he believed that the interview was going to be more confrontational and was blown away when it wasnt. I saw the same reactions with this interview but in a bad way. I think he thought this was going to be a walk in the park, kind of interview.

What were the interviews you watched with RFK Jr., if you don’t mind my asking?

Expand full comment

The one I watched more of was the hour long interview by Freddie Sayers of UnHerd. The other was shorter and either libertarian or liberal, but I don't recall exactly how I came upon it, nor the interviewer. (new to me)

By golly, I think you've nailed it. KB certainly appears to have strings attached - you know, those pesky ones that usually involve $$ and a feeling of power.

So we’ll said - thank you

I cannot get enough of this story. I've listened to Jimmy Dore, Kim Iversen, Nick Cruise (lefty podcaster) and Glenn Greenwald, all of whom have had invaluable insights on Ball and on what transpired here. I've also listened to Ball's husband, Kyle Kulinski, analyze the video from his own incredibly uninformed and equally interest-conflicted vantage point.

Of special note was Greenwald's analysis, in which he looked at what Krystal called her "red line." The "anti-vax advocacy," or "whatever you want to call it," was, she said, her red line as a voter.

But, when pushed on the issue, she could only cite superficial mainstream talking points. She really had no knowledge, had obviously not researched this thoroughly, had merely "watched some of RFK's videos," and was "unconvinced."

How can a person have a clear red line on an issue that they really haven't looked into? Isn't that an incredibly bold and shocking statement? It's almost like saying, "Protecting Malta is my absolute Red Line," and then someone asking, "Where is Malta?" and then not actually knowing.

It reveals the utter and absolute depths of her brainwashing. But, as Greenwald points out, we are all susceptible to this propaganda (some more than others, of course, and perhaps readers of this substack are more well-armored against it than most). But Ball's Red Line came from decades of being propagandized by doctors at her children's well visits, from pharma-funded media, from schools that have normalized vaccine mandates since the 80s, a whole host of influences of which she is completely unaware.

Come to think of it, I see myself in her because before the covid crisis, I might have said exactly the same thing. I too mistrusted "anti-vaxxers," and so on.

It's downright fascinating to see this play out. People are responding so strongly to it because we recognize what is at work here. But I think we all maybe see a bit of ourselves in her, and horror at all our own moments of ignorance or quickness to assume positions unthinkingly. We see our own vulnerability, also, in the face of all of society's unrelentingly aggressive tools of persuasion and power.

Also worth noting is that her show lost 4,000 subscribers in two days, which is remarkable. I think this video clip is actually an amazingly important historical document.

All the more tragic that Glenn G. himself apparently got jabbed.

Expand full comment

I wondered if the vax had something to do with his partner's illness and then passing. It would have been great if Glenn could get a definite answer and then direct all of his attention on the covid vaccine atrocities.

Expand full comment

I've been wondering exactly the same thing. The jabs can cause sepsis, which I'm pretty sure is what he said he had (abdominal?)? Now that would be a really confronting thing for him to look into, besides the fact that there are a lot of non-hospital ways of much more effectively treating infections.

Glenn did not have his thinking cap fully on throughout covid.

The totals are good through end of 2022. CDC tells us 8 to 12 weeks.

But they manipulated data so much, I gave up on the pretense that I would get a clean data set on anything.

Did his kids get jabbed?

Expand full comment

They are young boys, and they did get jabbed. I was watching him as a guest on a show (ironically most likely Rising back in the day). He said they talked about it as a family. His husband, being younger and having had Covid, thought maybe he didn’t need to. Greenwald being somewhat older thought he should. Ultimately they decided they all should and he said the boys were getting theirs later that day. I remember distinctly because it was upsetting and so unnecessary. I also swore off KB and my BP subscription when she said she shot up her kids because of her parents (who watch her kids). I knew her mind was poisoned and closed. I can get that from MSM.

I wonder just how often regret fills GG’s mind now, knowing -- or rather not knowing -- the possible future health dangers associated with the shots.

I remember being stunned by the whole train of thought on his part. How can you be an investigative journalist and NOT investigate something this important to your own family while the controversy about its efficacy and safety was brewing all around you 😳🫣

I had never heard of Kystal Ball but got algo-ed the RFKJr interview video. I watched somewhere near 1/4 of it. RFK Jr was overly polite to her while she dominated by asking questions, the answers to which she wouldn't allow him to offer. She is a deluded fool who is more likely to die of a vaccine injury than accept the empirical truth regarding the safety and efficacy of vaccines.

Expand full comment

She was actually rude in that she used the clarity of her younger, yet-to-be-physically-challenged vocal apparatus to simply talk over the top of him, whereas he has a challenging vocal condition on top of everything else to contend with. I actually wondered whether her vocals were boosted a bit compared with his, to ensure he was easily spoken over. I was angered by this as it had the effect of diminishing the appearance of his physical vitality (which is amazing for his age - he’s in great shape). This clearly wasn’t fair play. It’s such a shame that people go to such lengths to project their voice to build an audience rather than looking for the substance of things. RFK did well considering the set up and I’m happy to see she got ratio’ed.

Jimmy Dore pointed out that RFK's “vaccine skepticism” is a “Red-Line” for Krystal Ball, yet Marianne Williamson's own skepticism is not. Back in 2019, Williamson tweeted: “As president, I would order the CDC to establish an independent commission to review/reform vaccine safety. Calling people who express any concern or questions about bundling, number of vaccines, neuro-toxins and so forth “anti-vaxx” is both incorrect and unfair ... concerned parents should not be demonized nor their concerns minimized. The call for certitude that vaccines are safe and responsible is not “anti-science” but rather “pro-science,” as it is a call for independent scientific research to review and establish vaccine safety.” [Nick Cruse @ Youtube Revolutionary Blackout Network Krystal Ball's Meltdown 5/17/23 48:50]. Sounds like Williamson 2019 was channeling RFK 2023!

But, upon facing press criticism, Williamson quickly walked back her remarks: “Health care experts say Democratic presidential candidate Marianne Williamson‘s views on vaccines … could hurt public health efforts … has faced criticism for her skepticism of vaccines … She apologized for those comments in a statement on Twitter the next day and has since said she “supports vaccines.” … the higher profile the primary is giving to her unscientific views could do real harm … She has a long history of questioning vaccination (a view she shares with President Donald Trump.)” [Time Magazine, 8/06/19]

Whenever there's any walking back by politicians or candidates, I lose some respect for them. It's one thing to change one's mind after careful consideration, gaining experience, obtaining more knowledge, or similar. But to walk back--which is usually quite sudden--means you're a pushover to public opinion, that you lack a backbone. Not a good look for someone whom we may have to depend on.

Another example is Ron D's walking back on his Ukraine War support/opinion. Why the walk back?

Expand full comment

Those of us who know that Ron was Paul Ryan's lapdog when he was in Congress, know who controls Ron. If he had an honest bone in his body, he wouldn't have run for re-election as Governor. My family voted for him, we could've had another Republican whose ego wouldn't have them running for POTUS right after they were elected.

Ron! is bought and paid for and will do exactly as told. The funny part for me is thinking about his handlers having to coach him. They are not doing a very good job.

Krystal Ball is a repulsive human being. Years ago, when she and Saagar began their “Breaking Points” I briefly subscribed… hoping, hoping…But it was not to be. She quickly disappointed me deeply with her views on the “vaccines” and was such a Blue Anon, that she vaxxed her own children. That’s when I knew she was beyond hope. I couldn’t take listening to her whining and whinging any further and unsubscribed within a a couple months of subscribing. Lesson learned. She’s not to be trusted. Plus, that voice…. Yikes.

Expand full comment

"Plus, that voice..." Yeah, for sure! There is only so much much vocal fry a person can take!

I had a similar experience to yours and remember back when she had a show with The Hill watching for a few weeks with some hope, and then realizing she had just moved her corrupt shilling to the fake-alternative media. I wonder if she has any principles at all.
