Thanks for this, Dr. Miller. Here is an additional report from Mariupol by independent journalist Alejandro Kirk. It's a tad clumsy but the information adds to what we know.
Reporting from the ground in Donbas
In a live interview with Max Blumenthal and Anya Parampil (aired yesterday) reporter Alejandro Kirk details what he's seen inside and around the strategic battlefront city of Mariupol. Kirk has been reporting from the front lines of Donbas for HispanTV, and puncturing the one-sided narrative fed to Western audiences.
I am a bit surprised that an active duty Marine is being allowed to publish this information, either here or on Rumble. Active duty service members have been censored and disciplined for publishing anti-vaxx information; why is this Marine being allowed to publish what is essentially information the conflicts with the establishment narrative?
It comes out further on in the clip that he's a former marine and not on active duty. He's also a former Miami cop who had to leave the US for Russia because of his close ties to the Epstein case and the alleged copying (and purloining) of videos that Epstein had made of his friends in compromising positions with underage victims. There was a sense a few years ago that there was some sort of 'dead man's switch' that would activate if anything ever happened to this guy and the videos would be copied to various locations around the world for later public release. I'm not sure if that is still the position.
Fair. As others have said, the video is unlistenable, given his hesitating speech patterns and his inability to complete a full sentence.
That said, I served almost 35 years on active duty with the Marines. IMO, it is disingenuous in the extreme to portray this guy as a "well-informed Marine" when, in fact, he's not an active duty Marine. Who knows what he's seen or what he does? What is the purpose of portraying him as a "well-informed" Marine? The distinction means a lot, especially to people who believe in the Marine Corps and believe Marines always know what they're talking about, and always tell the truth.
Ok, what I heard is "um, uh, er, uh well um, uh. .like dude, um, uh, um..."
Minutes in and still not an articulate phrase, never mind sentence, so I shut it off. Sorry, but, seriously?!? 🤷
Same here. I tried, honestly I did.
Hm, that's strange. I found the video quite listenable.
The problem is we don't have enough fact checkers, which is extremely dangerous for our democracy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hWLjYJ4BzvI&t=15s
No, clearly they don’t understand what they’re doing. These cretins don’t seem able to negotiate their way out of wet paper bags. Shockingly inept.
Must have been something in the vid that touched a nerve, the YT account has already been terminated.
