NYPD car smashes into crowded corner in the Bronx, injuring 10 people (some horribly)
The official story, as reported by the New York Post, does not quite square with the shocking videos on Facebook
In this ever-worsening pandemic of bad “vaxxidents,” we must look closely at all news reports of deadly crashes—especially those involving just one vehicle.
Take this story from a week ago, and compare the NYPD’s rather blurry explanation of what happened with the videos linked below. While the second one is focused on the carnage (I wouldn’t watch it if you’re squeamish), the first one (which the Post excerpted) makes the crash look crazier than the official story suggests it was—that is, makes it look as if the driver had blanked out.
That’s my take on it, anyway. Please check it out yourself, and weigh in with a comment.
10 injured after NYPD car driving on wrong side of road during emergency call crashes in Bronx
October 6, 2022
An NYPD cruiser plowed into a Bronx corner full of pedestrians while driving on the wrong side of the road during an emergency call Thursday — injuring 10 people, including two children, police said.
Harrowing video of the crash shows the marked patrol car swerving into oncoming traffic and then careening into a group of people waiting for the bus on Westchester Avenue just after 3:15 p.m.
Lamar Davila, who witnessed the crash, said he saw two women on the ground “hyperventilating” and a man lying on the sidewalk with a “pile of blood” next to him.
The marked car, which had its emergency lights flashing, was responding to an emergency call for a stolen vehicle when it moved into oncoming traffic to pass a sedan turning onto Hoe Avenue, according to cops and surveillance video.

Well, that didn't take long: Both videos are gone. It's 4:49 p.m. ET.
EDITED: I think I'm getting the "video unavailable" label because I'm not a Facebook user. Others have said they can still see the videos.
Did anyone see the story directly under that? Small plane crash immediately after taking off. And it doesn't add up.
The story is light on details, maybe an FAA report can gather more facts. They blamed the student for too steep an ascent, but the flight instructor would have/should have immediately corrected the error. Plus, from the data available, this allegedly steep ascent wouldn't have stalled the plane (I earned my skydiving license flying Cessna 172s, with much steeper ascents than what they're describing). Read the other comments, it's not adding up for others either:
