"Our free press" hates the Kennedy campaign because they want to keep us PANICKING in ignorance
As they now work to terrify us over climate change, and black out Bobby's nuanced views (of that & and many other subjects), it's high time for Americans to turn them OFF, and hear him out
Let’s say there are “aliens” out there—as in “The X-Files,” not as in, say, Yuma. If they are among us, or just above us, and half as smart as they’re cracked up to be, they must see something rather odd about the Western media’s current non-stop, all-pervasive, state-backed panic (as in the immortal words of Greta Thunberg, “I want you to panic!”).
What those hyper-brainy ET’s have to notice, if they really are “out there,” and paying attention, is that this panic, over the “unprecedented” pall of acrid smoke and particles from Canada (I see it from my windows here in Greenwich Village), is weirdly like the panic that “our free press” started stoking in mid-January, 2020, when it was “the coronavirus” that was coming for us. Back then, as now, “our free press” all ran the same rock-simple terrifying story of a looming danger that “the experts” had (have) all warned about for years, and that was (is) finally coming for us now, and was (is) going to kill us all if we did not (do not) listen to those “experts” now, and start to “live” exactly as they tell us to.
‘Unprecedented’ Canadian fires intensified by record heat, climate change

As Canada burns, smoke makes US air unhealthy and skies eerie. Is climate change to blame?
June 7, 2023
Canada is on fire. On Wednesday there were more than 400 wildfires burning across the country, more than half of them out of control. Smoke and unhealthy air quality levels from the conflagration have blanketed multiple Canadian provinces, much of the Great Lakes region and parts of the northeastern United States.
While forest fires are a natural part of the ecosystem of Canada's boreal forests, the size, ferocity and number of fires this year is decidedly abnormal. Most of the country is expected to be under high to extreme risk for much of the wildfire season, which stretches from May to September.
"Climate change is real and having a huge impact on Canadians right now with forest fires burning across the country," tweeted Catherine McKenna, Canada’s former climate minister.

Schumer calls Canadian wildfires ‘unprecedented,’ warns of climate change impact

Now, let’s hold that “thought” a moment, and go back to how “our free press” is “reporting” on the Kennedy campaign. As I noted yesterday, they’ve now begun to pivot from unanimous derision of a hopeless “long shot” presidential bid, by a famous crackpot with a golden name, to unanimous concern that that impulsive nut may actually be popular enough, if not to win the Democratic nomination (which the Democrats and “our free press” have rigged, or so they hope), at least to make things even harder for our good old president, “Joe Biden,” to be “re-elected” irrespective of the will of the electorate (just like Bush the Younger in 2004).
And as they’re not chortling anymore, but spooked at what may happen, “our free press,” in its desperation to maintain the status quo (and their own highly privileged place within it), is likely going to make its campaign “coverage” even worse from here on in—more biased, vicious and dishonest than it’s been thus far. (“The worst is not, / So long as we can say, ‘This is the worst.”) Whether it is possible to sink that low or not, in any case the purpose of their daily, hourly din will not be journalistic, to inform us thoroughly, and impartially, of what Bobby’s said and done. Its sole purpose, rather, will be prophylactic—to prevent our knowing what he’s said and done, and making us not want to follow him ourselves, with our own eyes and ears. What they want us to do, in short, is tell us what he says, and what he is, in hopes that we’ll believe them over him.
Thus the New York Times “reported” Bobby’s epic back-and-forth with Elon Musk by blacking out nearly all of it, in favor of the Times’ crude propaganda version of that conversation.
Robert Kennedy Jr., With Musk, Pushes Right-Wing Ideas and Misinformation
Mr. Kennedy, a long-shot Democratic presidential candidate with surprisingly high polling numbers, said he wanted to close the Mexican border and attributed the rise of mass shootings to pharmaceutical drugs.

That disgraceful headline is a prime example of the prophylactic strategy, as its purpose, and the purpose of such rhetoric throughout the article, is not just to coarsen Bobby’s arguments, but to cast them as self-evidently false (“misinformation”) and fascistic (“right-wing”). Under that bullying headline, Bobby’s alleged plan to simply “close the Mexican border,” and his suggestion that school shootings may be due, at least in part, to the addiction of countless young people to SSRIs, come off as Trumpist wrongthink, so that Times readers will just be turned off, so that they won’t want to know what Bobby (really) said. Meanwhile, the three youngsters who contrived the article included nothing on the necessity of free speech rights for everybody, whether we agree with them or not; the catastrophic impact of Big Pharma advertising on free speech in the commercial media, and the concomitant sway of the military-industrial complex; the threat posed by AI to all humanity; the need for all communications between “social media” companies and state agencies, concerning “content moderation,” to be thoroughly transparent; the crippling economic impact of illegal immigration, and ways to stem that tide (while making legal immigration easier); the rise to power of many seasoned neocons throughout the administration of “Joe Biden,” and the resultant over-emphasis on wars abroad; the dire need for a nuanced China policy; and other urgent matters that came up at length in that exchange, as no devoted reader of the New York Times could know.
The only way around such grossly slanted “coverage,” not only by the Times but by “our free press” overall, is to follow Bobby’s own output online, and watch his interviews ourselves, while also reading honest journalists and commentators, wherever they may be. (They’re mostly here on Substack.) And this, finally, brings us back to the big panic that “our free press” is now striving to induce, in furtherance of, eventually (though no doubt sooner than we think), more lockdowns, more privation, more devastation of the middle class, and still more culling of the poor. Those “journalists” who would dismiss that statement as a “right-wing idea” and/or “misinformation” are either unaware, or want their audience to be unconscious, of the explicit push for just “green reforms” by mandarins like Klaus Schwab, and his daughter:
The founder of the World Economic Forum explains why 'a new mindset' is giving him hope for climate action, and shares which companies are getting it right

With such figures pushing vigorously for that dystopian agenda, and “our free press” applauding them, it is a matter of great urgency that we now have precisely the debate that those powers are all working to prevent. Here we may begin by noting what the candidate has had to say on climate change. Because “our free press” has played it up for propaganda purposes, we’ve all read, or watched, Bobby’s intemperate call for jailing the custodians of corporations that keep on heating the environment: a statement that he made back in 2014; and after that he still took what we might call the Greta Thunberg line on climate change—until COVID, which made him see that issue differently (as, frankly, it did me, and countless other people). Thus we would do well to read what he now has to say about the cynical exploitation of that threat:
And then there’s the high likelihood—a thought verboten in the realm of “our free press”—that much of the environmental tumult stridently “reported” as a consequence of climate change (as in those examples up above) may actually be due to bio-engineering. Although the US government (like certain others) has been hard at work on weather modification since the Forties (research that used to be admiringly reported by the corporate media), it’s now become yet one more of the many urgent subjects that have been classified (so to speak) as “conspiracy theory,” so that we’re not allowed to talk about them. And yet here’s Bobby, talking sensibly about it with Dane Wigington:
https://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/us-presidential-candidate-robert-f-kennedy-jr-and-dane-wigington-is-climate-engineering-real/
This, then, is what matters most about this rare campaign, and why “our free press” has been mobilized to kill it. Whether one agrees with him or not (and on some issues I do not), what makes his campaign precious—even revolutionary—is his willingness to talk, and his ability to do so learnedly, about the things that matter most, and to pursue the truth by listening to what others have to say. That that capacity should be unusual attests to the all-but-complete corruption of our politics, the near-extinction of American democracy, and the near-disappearance of real science. Those of us who don’t believe the game is over yet, and that humanity can even win it in the end, now, finally, have a cause worth fighting for, as Bobby’s two great forebears fought.
Some days I don't think I can do this......but I thank you Mark for doing the heavy lifting.
We haven't had a propaganda box (television) for 27 years....
And I can NOT believe I used to actually read that revolting little pygmy Reich. That I wasted one brain cell on such a creature.
Been with Bobby for years.......
A Tale of Environmentalism
I spent a great deal of my life fighting, writing, speaking and organizing for environmental issues. 2020 came along and suddenly the environment was "winning". Small and then larger successes, and I thought, "Oh my God, wow, finally, but what's going on here?" I'd fought to save old growth trees, wild places, waterways and coastlines from rampant development for decades and pretty much never won once. I was suspicious. After all, the whole world supposedly was in lock down, kinda weird, but maybe this was a start at stopping massive corporate driven development and pollution? Then came 2021 and the brutal nightmare push to inject all of humanity and every captive animal on the planet with a one size fits all mystery juice and my worst fears of an all encompassing eugenics program in full swing came into sharp focus. After all, I had always been looked at askance because I worked as an environmentalist and had four sons, while my academic colleagues had gotten vasectomies and hysterectomies in their 20s so as not to "add" to what the eugenics programs had brainwashed them to think was the "problem."
The freaks running the global show were going to save the environment all right, while murdering every human and every captive animal in their path. You know what words I hate? "Stay safe".
Fuck that. Stay fertile. And stay wild.
Go RFK Jr
As a young man in the early 70’s I was taken in by global cooling and the coming ice age. I bought some extra blankets, a few extra jumpers and a thick lumber jacket. I still have the jacket.
In the mid 80’s it was ozone depletion and we had to get rid of our yellow halon fire extinguishers at my workplace.
We bought extra sunscreen because of skin cancer scares.
Just to keep us on our toes, they changed the narrative to global warming by fudging old weather stats and that’s when I fully realised these climate scientists are absolutely full of shite.
Might pay people to look up every now and again and have a good look at those plane contrails that linger and spread all day.
