I wrote a paragraph-by-paragraph critique of the AP's "news story" when RFK, Jr. made his announcement. One criticism from this yellow journalist was that Kennedy founded and leads a non-profit that is growing tremendously.

“… His anti-vaccine charity, Children’s Health Defense, prospered during the pandemic, with revenues more than doubling in 2020 to $6.8 million …”

Comment: Why did his charity “prosper” and get so many more donors? Could it be that large numbers of people and donors support his work? Does the AP have a problem with non-profits whose work has large numbers of supporters?

Kennedy is the founder and leader of a non-profit that is growing and attracting far more supporters. No other non-profit is doing this work. This means Kennedy went out on a limb by himself. The fact Children Health Defense is becoming very popular and more important actually speaks favorably of Kennedy's leadership and organizational talents.

And that a LOT more people now believe he was right on, say, vaccines causing autism.

Expand full comment

It’s not so much that he may be right, it’s that our govt is doing nothing to research the cause of autism..but they know it’s NOT the vaccines. Kennedy is not anti vax as more let’s review and evaluate.... right now, the CDC and FDA have 72 inoculations between birth and 18... and that doesn’t include their plans for COVID shots...

Expand full comment

I find it funny (not ha, ha funny) that they criticize a charity for getting more prosperous. Yet, they don't criticize the government or the corporations that helped there to be 500 or so new billionaires that were created due to the forced lock down of millions of Americans and by coercing toxic shots on people. They don't criticize those corporations for prospering for that matter either.

Our votes don't count in national elections. Didn't 2020 prove that? And 2022? They have the cheating down and if they let someone in, it's for a reason. The bankers and financiers own the political system, the uniparty. It's a psyop. Divide and rule while they steal your money and kill you off and make some more in the process.

We are being led by literal psychopaths. They don't care about us. The bankers and people like that will allow someone who opposes their agenda? No I don't think so. We must starve the beast. Boycott and buycotts.

I'm not saying don't vote for him if you want to, but there must also be a plan B. No president will save us.

He's a Dead Man Walking. For those reasons and because the CIA knows he knows who murdered his Dad and his uncle -- and very likely, his cousin. Read the link, from former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, Paul Craig Roberts:

"The Political Outlook": https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2023/06/02/the-political-outlook/

Here's the salient text:

"As for Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., possibly no finer American exists. But it is folly to expect that the CIA is going to let a man be President who knows, and has said, that the CIA murdered his father and his uncle. If RFK,Jr., is elected President, he would be the third, or fourth, Kennedy to be assassinated.

I think assassination will be Donald Trump’s fate if he again wins election. The CIA, FBI, NSA, and Democrats, all known to Trump as enemies who tried to destroy him, will not tolerate being held accountable. "

Do you really think votes are even counted? I mean sure, vote for the guy, but if that's all people do is mark off a ballot, just watch. The bankers and billionaires own this country. People have to go out and build community with each other and become as independent as possible. I mean the fed is openly discussing CBDCs now. Banks are failing. There is a lot happening and people need to do the work with each other. Don't just think someone else is gonna do it for us. Just my 2 cents.

Easier to squeeze the pus out from the middle of the cancerous abcess if it is being pushed out from the top and the bottom. So better if we have our people pushing from "both places". And once we have cleared it out, a very very very messy business mind you, we must ensure that this time we go after anyone who knowingly or unknowingly infringes the constitution in even the slightest way by executing them on the spot, ....... Bernie IS a putz, also a schlemiel and a schlimazel. I originally joined Twitter to converse with young Bernie supporters. I was up most of the night of the June primary watching the votes being counted in real time. Apart from SF, LA and Santa Barbara, Bernie was winning the other counties. Suddenly the count was stopped and Hillary declared the winner. They never completed the count. Guess who was in charge? Kamala Harris. So Bernie caved. And then the Dem Convention in Philly. Remember when he left his seat and when he returned he seemed to have bruise on his cheek near his eye and he was crying? So the DemExit happened led by among others Susan Sarandon. And in-between he and his wife went to see the Pope. And this was after his wife destroyed a small Vermont college, the scandal was related to the Catholic Church. And then they got a summer home on Lake Champlain. And another home somewhere else. It was around this time manner of began to actually listen to Trump and understood what he was saying and doing. JEB! and Chris Christy Donuts and the rest except for Dr. Ben Carson.

What a summer. Pizzagate and Wikileaks and Seth Rich and Hillary's server and emails and Comey, Lynch meeting Clinton on the tarmac. The HRS collapsing at the 9-11 ceremony in Manhattan, and a double coming out of Chelsea's apt waving and smiling and you could see the clothes didn't fit her right. On and on. And here we are and things have gotten so much worse for most people.

I even got a couple of upset people calling me back to report to someone, anyone, that they knew their vote had been trashed, never counted.

My two sons were delegates for the creep here in our state........

And here it is 7 years later and I'm wondering if it's true that by the time 7 years rolls around, every cell in your body is new compared to 7 years ago.

I sure hope so because I don't want one cell left in my body that had anything to do with working so hard for that schmuck.

We waited for Bernie to call a press conference and say something but of course, he didn't. He played everyone for suckers. But he was the biggest sucker of all.

On a related note, Romans had a practice of waiting 70 years after a conquest before sending in the civil engineers to 'develop' the place. Corinth is an example--the engineers divided it into building lots, oriented the streets perpendicular to the prevailing winds (so not to make wind tunnels). The idea was that after 70 years there were none left alive who remembered (with bitterness) the conquering. I believe the same was done with Carthage---but much later than 70 years.
