I wrote a paragraph-by-paragraph critique of the AP's "news story" when RFK, Jr. made his announcement. One criticism from this yellow journalist was that Kennedy founded and leads a non-profit that is growing tremendously.

“… His anti-vaccine charity, Children’s Health Defense, prospered during the pandemic, with revenues more than doubling in 2020 to $6.8 million …”

Comment: Why did his charity “prosper” and get so many more donors? Could it be that large numbers of people and donors support his work? Does the AP have a problem with non-profits whose work has large numbers of supporters?

Kennedy is the founder and leader of a non-profit that is growing and attracting far more supporters. No other non-profit is doing this work. This means Kennedy went out on a limb by himself. The fact Children Health Defense is becoming very popular and more important actually speaks favorably of Kennedy's leadership and organizational talents.

And that a LOT more people now believe he was right on, say, vaccines causing autism.

He will be President.

I’ve never voted for a Democrat EVER! But I’d consider voting for RFK Jr. I simply want a death nail put into the communist take over of our medical system. Kennedy gets it! If Trump apologizes for his Covid mistakes, I might reconsider!

The DNC will never allow RFK anywhere near the nomination. If they have to, they will change the primary rules, and when RFK sues them for it, the judge will rule (again) that primary elections are technically private events run by private entites -- who can change the rules whenever they want.

Been listening to RFK for years. And as the parent of two autistic children, I knew, five or six years ago, that if we’re going to save the next generation of kids, RFK Jr was going to have to step up. I’ve never voted democrat, but if it were RFK against literally anyone, I’d vote for RFK. And I know a giant chorus of parents of damaged children who would and will do the same.

JFK and Khrushchev collaborated to save the world from annihilation 60 years ago.

RFK and Putin could duplicate the achievement.

until the previous elections are dealt with, any future elections will be jokes. As long as the Dominion and other machines and other corrupt practices are allowed, no elections can be declared free of fraud and cheating and corruption.

This line " .... who freely spreads conspiracy theories." means he is an honest candidate. Spookie, ain't it?

Personally, I'd like it if "right wing" Tulsi Gabbard teamed with Kennedy. The Times et al show their cluelessness about current social and political dynamics by drawing the parallel with Trump; they think "wacko" ideas and appeals outside the permissible party paradigms are horrible, UNAPPEALING things. On the contrary, I think Trump's best and most appealing accomplishments were the fissures he created in the Republican Party, and I'm encouraged Kennedy seems on the way to doing the same to the Democrats.

The best thing that can happen to RFK, Jr. is for the mainstream or legacy press to keep disparaging and slandering him. The public either sees through it or thinks it's entirely unfair. Plus, the MSM is Dead Man Walking. Kennedy knows he can go around the "gatekeepers of the news" and still reach tens of millions of likely voters.

I quickly changed my opinion that he couldn't win.

Professor: enjoyed this and your previous article on your lawsuit. As a lowly state judge, I sympathize with your plight in that case (Glenn Reynolds has a good substack about NYT vs Sullivan...bad law begets more bad law). On RFK Jr, I’m a lifelong Republican and on the ballot next year so can’t vote for him. But in the general, who knows. He is the smartest person to run in my lifetime (b. 1959). Once people get past that damn ( and somewhat poetic) voice impediment, he riffs like nobody. Bottom line though: they’re already rigging the primaries for Biden (or Newsome or whoever). I’m afraid you’ll have to add this one to your list of stolen elections. PS. Have followed you since Delingpod in Aug ‘21. Great work, hang in there.

Although I was born in Ontario, my parents were proud Americans who instilled in me a deep appreciation for their country. As a family, we mourned the loss of JFK and witnessed his funeral. Looking ahead to the 2024 US elections, I believe that RFK Jr. represents the best hope for your nation's future. It is imperative that he helps to guide us through these difficult times and prevent a potential apocalypse.

Is Hanna Justin’s sister? Horribly slanted piece. I have not read anything this disgustingly full of lies in a while because I have chosen to not read the black and whites any longer. After that. I have no words.

Kennedy is bringing conversations which need to be heard. Truth is inconvenient. When you have an empire that has assassinated, poisoned , using military might when diplomacy would be wise. Autism, assassinations, who is the true aggressor in the Ukraine? Best thing that could happen. Wake more people up. Media now anti Kennedy anti Trump. People will get their news elsewhere. Like here through independent truth seekers.
