Rage Against the Machine’s Tim Commerford Reveals Cancer Diagnosis
December 12, 2022
Rage Against The Machine’s bassist Tim Commerford has revealed he had his prostate removed following a cancer diagnosis ahead of the legendary rock band’s reunion tour last summer. In an interview with Spin published Monday, the 54-year-old said he underwent surgery just two months before the tour. “My doctors said I wasn’t going to be ready,” he told the magazine. “That was brutal. I would be on stage looking at my amp in tears. Then you just kind of turn around and suck it up.” Calling his health battle “some pretty serious shit,” Commerford explained that only those closest to him—including his bandmates—had previously been aware of his diagnosis. He said he’d chosen to speak out and spread awareness after guitarist Andy Taylor announced his stage 4 prostate cancer diagnosis in a letter read aloud by his Duran Duran bandmate at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony last month. “I hope there’s one person who reads this and is like, ‘Fuck, I need to get checked out’ when they find out about it,” Commerford said.

Forever the “Stud of the Sea.”
Captain Lee Rosbach announced he’s departing the boat after coming to terms with ongoing health issues in the midst of “Below Deck” Season 10.
“As you guys know, I’ve been struggling with my mobility, and it’s been hard,” Rosbach, 73, told the crew on Monday’s episode. “And I’ve let you guys down, and for that I apologize. So I’ve made a decision to leave the boat.”
The longtime fan-favorite star explained in a confessional that he was struggling with nerve issues at the beginning of the charter season. Despite his best efforts, things were “getting worse.”
“The left side of my body, I don’t feel anything,” Rosbach explained.

Tennessee's Tamari Key out for season with blood clots in lungs
December 8, 2022
Tennessee women's basketball senior center Tamari Key will miss the remainder of the 2022-23 season after blood clots were discovered in her lungs, the program announced Thursday.
Key will receive care under the guidance of the University of Tennessee Medical Center and Tennessee athletics team physicians, the team said. Tennessee said she is expected to make a full recovery.
"My sole concern right now is that Tamari continues to get the medical care and guidance she needs and begins the gradual process of healing and returning to full strength," Tennessee coach Kellie Harper said in a statement. "This is much bigger than basketball. We are so grateful that this medical condition was caught. Our entire program will be right beside Tamari during this process and welcomes prayers and positive thoughts from Lady Vol Nation and beyond."

What’s gonna happen to humanity?
The facts are mounting
And people are still vaccinating babies and children in blue states … feels rather hopeless
But these moronic idiots still go get jabbed....Like Sirka, I wish no harm to anyone.....you can lead a horse to water....but you can't make him drink....
Jesus said, if one will not listen or refuses to listen, dust yourself off and move on, at least you tried
Does 'eyes to see and ears to hear' ring a bell here?
