I know one seasoned stage actor, then in his mid-fifties, who fell off the stage in 2010: Kelsey Grammer.

Maybe McKellen's fall was jab-related, maybe not. It's tough to know these days.

Sorry, this was supposed to be a reply to Mark's comment below regarding seasoned stage actors in their eighties falling off stage. Don't know how it got switched around.

Thanks for that in any case.

In my mind it is jab-related.

I know the media lies. So if the fall is blamed on a loud broadcasted "trip" I will still conclude it is jab-related.

Working onstage in live theater performances is inherently dangerous--I've worked onstage as a musician, as a sound designer and even as a stagehand, so I know something about this. And staged fights can involve executing rather intricate choreography, and things have been known to go wrong--for example, a couple of decades ago there was a bit of a scandal when a prominent actor playing Hamlet onstage wounded his opponent for real in a staged duel--there was talk that the star had been negligent in his behavior towards his colleague.

Given all this, this incident with Ian McKellen could have been due to a simple accident of the type that has been known to happen in stage productions--or the vax could have been a factor. There is no way to know for sure. Cases where an actor simply collapses onstage for no apparent reason are much more clear cut. But falling off the stage during a choreographed fight scene--that has happened before in pre-"pandemic" times, you can be sure of that.

Glenda (sadly!) did take the jab--I recall her promotin' the importance of women bein' first in line for covid "countermeasures"--I'm sure she was "unaware" of the risks--she died at 87--I was lucky 'nuff to see her on Broadway in Lear a few years before her passing--she was SHARP & BRILLIANT (the show itself a horror as done... a woke production with folks "wankin' off" an' fornicatin' on stage--in Shakespeare no less!)

I loathe these woke, propagandized remakes. I no longer go to theater because I know what I'm going to find when I get there. Sheer decadence. I can only imagine what they have done to CABARET!! Which was never any good to begin with

ditto here! but to see Glenda Jackson in person--we got her autograph too!--Elizabeth R--lordy that was an honor--an' she--she herself--was brilliant (she shone over the pile 've u know what around her)... but normally, yup, we stick to the classic "not remade"

for Cabaret we saw clips of the new one an' my jaw dropped so far down in shock it cracked the linoleum! The old one--brilliant. (Yes, with Liza!)

When one is fit enough to still be playing on stage and move about there, in a long production, falling off stage even in your 80s does seem a bit unwarranted. On the other hand, mental faculties (memory) seem unaffected by the jab he took (on december 20, 2020 no less, an early bird). I don’t know of any of the old ones falling off stage.

I have no idea, but I would suspect it is a lot easier to fall off a stage with bright lights pointing at you than when just walking in your house with no bright lights. As a nurse of almost 21 years, I see this scenario often after the elderly come to me with their femur fractures. I'm just going with the most obvious possibility. There are plenty of much more obvious jab-related issues to pick from. One of my church small group members got 2 MRNA jabs at around 65 years to attend and support her daughter during childbirth. Her mild foot and knee issues have now greatly and quickly increased in severity and I noted a hand tremor a few months later. She has fallen at least half a dozen times and her downhill spiral has been hard to witness. My previous attempts to address some of her complaints from a functional medicine side have been rebuffed in the past because her daughter is also a nurse, though not practicing for at least 8 years now.

One of the *worst* aspects of this whole new universe of atrocity is the uncertainty They have injected [!] into all of our lives now ... nine times out of eight it will be *impossible* to say with any certainty exactly what causative effect the Infernal Injectable Intervention has or may have had ... this new state of reality is beyond tragic, truly evil.

Ann Margaret fell off a stage in 1972 (22' from an elevated platform): https://www.express.co.uk/life-style/health/1651031/Ann-margret-elvis-presley-devastating-fall-fracture.

Not sure why she fell, but the vax was not involved, of course.

"...the actress suffered a devastating facial injury in 1972 when Ann-Margret took a 22-foot fall from a platform at a Lake Tahoe casino during a performance".

I have not heard of any other such incidents.

I was really upset and angry about all these very old actors and musicians supporting all the lockdowns and masks and jabs - I sort of felt betrayed. Weren't they all meant to be rebellious and full of rage against the authorities? Weren't they asking what there was they could rebel against? Weren't they the people who were always "sticking it to the man"?

Then I realised that they are just people - they were brainwashed by the propaganda like almost everyone else. Most of them are actually VERY old now and have become totally part of the establishment. None of them wants to die. Most of them were simply doing what most everyone else was doing. Most of them were also just answering questions from journalists.

So, I'm sorry to hear Ian McKellen fell off the stage - he is jolly old after all.

However, I saw that play recently (I generally see everything he is in) - don't believe the critics! It was dead boring, a total bastardisation of Shakespeare and merely a miked-up vehicle for McKellen to play to the audience.

I think the actors and musicians were more interested in the theaters and concert venues opening up again, so they could work. Based on the false sort-of promise that "If we're all just good boys and girls, and do what the government says, they will let us play again!" They believed the hype and propaganda and pushed it because of this bias/motive, perhaps even unconscious for some of them. (Still, I un-fanned myself from many rockers for their pathetic acquiescence .... And I had to accept that the rebelliousness, for many if not most of these musicians, is really just a pose .....)

This Substack is a list of headlines with barely noted assumptions. None of it is material for future history books nor would it demonstrate anything to Congressional hearings. There isn't even investigative reporting on whether the victims were vaxed. It's astonishing that NYU has not cancelled this associate professor - his courses on propaganda must be popular with the college kids and that's income for the univ.

I would not be subscribing if I thought he was simply wacko, but there needs to be "accounting". We can hope that the medical insurance industry will investigate AND report. They won't report to Congress or to the public.or NIH etc.. Someone will. Let's see.

I still think Miller's multi daily death list leaves readers wondering if he's a conspiracy theorist. Running headlines like that -:what is his point? It isn't one of sympathy for for sick and dying. He's making a political statement and it's not helpful to put misinformation in the mix. If he wants to say that all these accidents occur because of the Vaxx, he should say so and at least document wherher or not people were vaxxed.

This sounds otherwise like conspiracy theorizing or incredibly inapproprioriate reporting by someone using the NYU name -:where he is an assoc prof teaching propaganda studies popular with college kids - to give himself legitimacy.
