Megyn Kelly Reveals Possible Vaccine Injury, Regrets Getting COVID Shot
September 8, 2023
Megyn Kelly, a veteran journalist and podcaster, said Wednesday that she deeply regrets getting the COVID-19 vaccine because she believes she may have suffered a vaccine injury. Ms. Kelly said that she regrets getting vaccinated and then boosted, saying she doesn't think it was necessary—and that a doctor told her that an autoimmune condition she developed after getting the shot may be related to the vaccine. “I regret getting the vaccine even though I’m a 52-year-old woman because I don’t think I needed it,” Ms. Kelly said during a Sept. 6 episode of her podcast "The Megyn Kelly Show." “I think I would have been fine. I had got COVID many times, and it was well past when the vaccine was doing what it was supposed to be doing,” she added. “For the first time, I tested positive for an autoimmune issue at my annual physical. And I went to the best rheumatologist in New York, and I asked her, do you think this could have to do with the fact that I got the damn booster and then got COVID within three weeks? And she said yes. Yes. I wasn’t the only one she’d seen that with,” Ms. Kelly said. Her current vaccine regret stands in contrast to remarks she made in April 2021, when she said she had "zero qualms" about getting the shot. [paywall]

Whoopi Goldberg Delivers A Message From Home While Recovering From Covid
September 6, 2023
Whoopi Goldberg missed another day of The View due to her third battle with Covid, but she sent in a video message to fans of the show and addressed some of the internet rumors about her absence. “In spite of everything you’ve heard,” said Goldberg “I am not at Burning Man, I am not still in Italy, I am not trying to change the outcome of the election, I just have Covid. I’m still testing positive apparently I have to have a clear test before back so it might be a couple of days, but I’m really thrilled to see the new desk. I’m really thrilled to see all the beautiful women you girls look great and I can’t wait to get back to hang out but until then its me and meh mask and I’m sort of confined to my room I have never been sent to my room like this,” she joked.
As we previously shared, this is Whoopi’s third time catching Covid and the news was revealed to the public yesterday when she wasn’t apart of the season premiere episode. President Joe Biden recently announced that he has signed off on a funding request for a new covid vaccine and says that it will be recommended that everybody get it. While speaking with reporters, the president was asked about the rise in covid cases and the new variants that are being discovered by health experts. “This morning I signed off on a proposal that we have to present to the congress and request for additional funding for a new vaccine that is necessary and works and tentatively it is recommended that everybody get it no matter whether they got it before,” he said.
A new covid variant has health officials calling for people to start wearing masks again. The Daily Mail recently spoke with a health expert and we’re told that the new variant, BA. 6 is “probably” already in the United States. The new variant has only been detected in Israel and Denmark but health officials predict that the variant will make its way in America “very soon.” Dr Thomas Moore, an infectious diseases expert at the University of Kansas, spoke with DailyMail.com and said, “I’m sure it is already here. If it hasn’t already made it here, it probably will very soon.”

Triple vaxxed Whoopi Goldberg says Covid diagnosis was a ‘shock’
January 2, 2022
Whoopi Goldberg has said her Covid diagnosis was a “shock” because she is triple vaxxed against the disease. Goldberg, who co-hosts The View with Joy Behar, made an appearance on the ABC talk show on Wednesday (5 January) – two days after Behar confirmed Goldberg had tested positive for Covid over the holidays. During the interview, the 67-year-old actor revealed that the positive test result was a “shock” because, not only was she was fully vaccinated against Covid, she had also received her booster dose. “I haven’t been anywhere, I hadn’t done anything,” Goldberg continued, adding, “But that’s the thing about Omicron – you just don’t know where it is.” Stressing the importance of following Covid-protocols, Goldberg urged viewers to get vaccinated to prevent new variants from spreading across the world, as the US continues to grapple with an Omicron-led surge in cases.

Supermodel, Linda Evangelista, announced her breast cancer diagnosis
September 8, 2023
Linda Evangelista, aged 58, revealed that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer twice in the span of five years: once in 2018 and the second in 2022. “It was detected in my annual mammogram. The margins were not good, and due to other health factors, without hesitation, because I wanted to put everything behind me and not to have to deal with this, I opted for a bilateral mastectomy, thinking I was good and set for life. Breast cancer was not going to kill me,” Evangelista explained in WSJ. Magazine’s Fall Men’s Style issue. After her first diagnosis in 2018, she had returned to the doctor in 2022 after feeling a lump on her breast, resulting in a diagnosis shortly after that. “I just went into this mode that I know how to do — just do what you’ve got to do and get through it. And that’s what I did,” Evangelista added. Evangelista refers to herself as a “survivor on standby.” She refuses to keep her diagnosis quiet anymore. “I’ve kept it quiet. Only a handful of people knew. And I’m just not one of those people who has to share everything,” she told the outlet. “I know I have one foot in the grave, but I’m totally in celebration mode. I’ve come through some horrible health issues. I’m at a place where I’m so happy celebrating my book, my life. I’m so happy to be alive. Anything that comes now is bonus,” Evangelista explained.

‘Love and Marriage’ Star Kimmi Scott, 34, Among Surge of Young People Diagnosed With Cancer – New Study Blames Less Healthy Lifestyles & More Screenings For Increase
September 8, 2023
Younger generations are facing cancer diagnoses more frequently worldwide according to new research that studied cancer incidence among people younger than 50. Reasons for the rise in cancer rates include limited exercise to poor diet, but the added research helps put the growing number of cancer diagnoses from seemingly young and healthy people into greater perspective. “Love and Marriage” reality star Kimmi Scott is among this growing group of people facing a cancer diagnosis while young. She’s battling one of the more aggressive forms of breast cancer at just 34 years old. A new research study published in BMJ Oncology says cancer cases among people younger than 50 have increased nearly 80 percent between 1990 and 2019. Scott’s cancer journey does more than motivate other women to stay current with regular breast cancer screenings. Her experience also highlights a growing number of young people being diagnosed with cancer.
The research study examined the global incidence of early-onset cancer which means people younger than age 50 are diagnosed with cancer. The researchers pointed to higher obesity rates, reduced physical activity, a westernized diet, and environmental pollution have “affected the incidence of early-onset cancer.”
