I fail to see how using cash now will change this, because there are just not enough people who will do it. I have listened to CA Fitts forever now, but still do not get it...also, how many of us can afford to use cash, when we live on credit. I still do not give up.
Well, it might encourage vendors to not want to go all-digital. They'll think, hey, I still have a lot of customers who use cash. I don't want to lose them by implementing an all-digital system.

Your point about chips is VERY impt. If there aren't enough they cant do the tracking. ALSO they have to set up the tracking.
