Here in BC Canada we have some major lawsuits underway but the courts are moving even slower than normal, and are mostly doing the bidding of the government. I am so close to filing a criminal charge regarding the masks and testing, but I will need to speak to some lawyers first. I am not a Swiss citizen so I need to look into the law. But for me, the masks and testing, along with the other restrictions are also relevant. The masks caused damage. And we were also forced to wear them here. The Twitter execs will argue the government made them do it, which is true. The government will say they did it because there was a national emergency, which is true. They had legal justification to unleash the countermeasure and to use "persuasion marketing" and misinformation policing to push the countermeasure program. Yes, Rep. Mace plainly says she is vaxx injured, as the transcript shows, and this is major news in my view also.
The Twitter execs will argue the government made them do it, which is true. The government will say they did it because there was a national emergency, which is true. They had legal justification to unleash the countermeasure and to use "persuasion marketing" and misinformation policing to push the countermeasure program. Thus, our argument will need to shift to negligent homicide after the fact from the time it became clear the injections were causing massive harm. That was early 2021, and good lawyers should be able to prove that public health officials and political leaders had the data but failed to act to protect the public, indeed they doubled down even as people were being maimed and dying. That is why the work Mark, Igor, Steve and others has done is so important. This damning information was in the public domain. Charges can also be brought against officials that had no reason to believe these shots would work (and might be dangerous) for reckless endangerment. Charges can also be brought against Fauci et.al. for covering up the origins of the initial pathogen. I do not know what to call that crime.

An Italian lady, whose substack I follow, has just posted a story received from a doctor (who she states is a well known and trusted doctor). Unjabbed people are going to the Emergency dept and whilst there, they are being jabbed without their knowledge. They discover it on their clinical sheet when they leave. This is now, February 2023, here in Italy. I will update if I find out any more (whether it is true or not). I'm sincerely hoping it isn't, but at this stage I wouldn't put it past them.
