I don’t mean to be rude, but the person who cancelled the substack because watching a journalist be deliberately beaten is too offensive needs to be punched in the mouth him/herself. Problem is, if u look at the end of video where the guy shows Twit of Ottawa Police saying lies, huge lies "... protestors had weapon...", in those bunch of seconds the likes for that unjustified violence were running higher...

And majority of people stays on fascists side because fascists are the strongest when they take power.
People don't make a question of political ideas or side, people is so idiot, so selfish, especially today, that they stay on the side of who doesn't touch their own interests! Or with the one that don't want to change the status quo.

I grew up with my parents experiences about the original fascism of 1930s to 1945, and I do not recommend it to anyone, even to my enemies.
But maybe historically it could be necessary that, on the other side of the ocean, north americans realize what it really is. How the New Fascism or New Nazism is originated at home not far away in the old Europe anymore.
