I have a tendency to agree, in that we have seen the same "real-estate fire sales" propagated in a number of these massive fires. Paradise, CA, Boulder, Colorado and during the BLM riots as well according the Katherine Austin Fitts.
The Paradise fire is another likely Thermite event. I recall the short metal bridge where the steel was hot enough to warp the beams., Forest fires never get that hot

On 9/11 the vehicles around the twin towers looked much the same. It was discovered in a video that large volume of nano-thermite was inside the building and spilled out from an upper floor and into the ground. When the tower was demolished by explosives, the thermite was sprayed onto the cars below and much of it ran into the ground as molten steel that remained molten hot for about 2 weeks. This was reported by a NASA satellite and many firefighters at the time. However, if thermite was used to start a fire that could NOT BE PUT OUT, there needs to be an investigation. My guess is the event was an act of ARSON no matter how it was executed.

On 9/11 the vehicles around the twin towers looked much the same. It was discovered in a video that large volume of nano-thermite was inside the building and spilled out from an upper floor and into the ground. When the tower was demolished by explosives, the thermite was sprayed onto the cars below and much of it ran into the ground as molten steel that remained molten hot for about 2 weeks. This was reported by a NASA satellite and many firefighters at the time. However, if thermite was used to start a fire that could NOT BE PUT OUT, there needs to be an investigation. My guess is the event was an act of ARSON no matter how it was executed.
Seemed as though whatever melted the engine blocks of cars in NY also melted the door handles and anything else with certain steel composition but left the car body relatively intact. Isn't that weird? Unless steel is the target.
