Don't follow that advice. I just read an article a couple weeks ago, that colonoscopy is not really relevant. And it can cause small damage to your intestines and cause bleedings or cancer. A friend long ago had a pap smear, and before the result came back (usually 5 to 6 weeks) she got pain in her tummy. Immediately had to had hysterectomy, because cancer. Smear came back fine. Docs tell you to get all kind of tests because money. Feel your own body is way better.
Who in the world gets a colonoscopy twice a year with benign polyps? She must have good insurance cause the rest of us are only cleared to get one every 5 years. My dad who came from a long line of doctors used to say don’t go looking for a medical problem because eventually they’ll find it.
I have a friend who had a colonoscopy and the doctor screwed up so royally that she has an unusual type of hernia (I can't remember the name of it). She's too poor to have it resolved so she lives with it everyday. I don't know why she didn't sue for malpractice because she's physically messed up from it.
Prior to getting a colonoscopy myself (shouldn't have done and never will again), I read that they can't possibly clean the tip of the scope to get all the bacteria out. People do get sick from it. Yes, most of the time colonoscopies are pointless because one's dealing with issues with the microbiome or other issues that never show up on a test like that. Again, these doctors are quite ignorant of a lot of things, things that I've had to learn on my own.
Hysterectomies are another surgery that most of the time never needs to happen and many women suffer afterwards. Agree! I had to have a hysterectomy due to uterine cancer. I refused chemo, but made the mistake of getting a high dose of radiation treatments for a few weeks. I am so sorry. I know someone else who had radiation on their thyroid and messed them up, too. You should use zeolite to help your body get rid of the radiation isotopes. Zeolite is an amazing detoxification supplement that binds to positively charged substances in the body and removes them safely. I then had reconstruction but had difficulties and the stitches split completely and I had emergency surgery for removal. I had terrible neuropathy during and after chemo and was prescribed gabapentin and it took me about 2 yrs to get off of it. I still have some neuropathy and my hands shake. My body also shakes.. Of course, I have not taken any jab and will never. I have constant tinnitus and have been having negative reactions to food since I had all the treatment. I think from reading about the jab I probably need to detox.

Clearly your body/cells, etc. have been through trauma and need to get the right nutrients to heal well which it seems isn't happening from what you've described. Having balanced minerals help the cells work properly to help your body get rid of toxins more effectively. Products such as zeolite help, as well, even if your minerals aren't in balance because the zeolite, when ingested, binds to the positively charged toxins [flouride, spike proteins, lipid nano particles, heavy metals, glyphosate (which is both positively and negatively charged - very interesting how it works), mold, etc.] and takes them out of the body.
You also need your body to make glutathione, the major antioxidant of the body. Glutathione will help degrade graphene oxide (has been shown to be in the shots) apparently, too. So, you can see that it helps the body clear toxins. Humic acid is comprised of 70+ trace minerals that your cells need and it also helps the body get rid of viruses by engulfing them. Dr. Howard Peiper wrote a short book on Humic Acid, too. Apparently caster oil packs can also help to boost glutathione and it's possible coffee enemas also help (that's not quite clear from the research I've done). Both apparently also help the liver work more effectively to help get rid of toxins, too.
There are other supplements that are helpful to the cells too such as humic acid. Humic acid is comprised of 70+ trace minerals that your cells need and it also helps the body get rid of viruses by engulfing them. Dr. Howard Peiper wrote a short book on Humic Acid, too. Actually, it was arrogant and rude of the doctor. We wanted the test because we were concerned about something. It wasn't up to the doctor whether or not we "should be allowed" to have that test. It was that HE decided because HE'S the DOCTOR that we shouldn't have the test according to him. He just didn't want the responsibility of POSSIBLY being wrong. He also didn't want the insurance company to pay for, according to him, a "frivolous" test. We were trying to be proactive and he was both rude and reactive.
