The phrasing “of natural causes” is a clear indication of a vax death - that’s my immediate assumption when I see that.
How can one die "unexpectedly of natural causes" in their 20's or 30's??! There is nothing natural about that !
"A thirty-something, forty-something died suddenly of natural causes". Yes. Sudden death in those age groups is FOR SURE natural...
