No cause of death reported because 'donation to the Cancer Foundation' is not a clue. The wrong clue, of course, because the cause of death was the genetic bioweapon he got.
No, I do not know for sure; but I live in the country and at his age, unfortunately, it was around 87%. Coupled with the fact he was a travelling celebrity, and it's more like 99.999%.
