I don't think in truth we can ever know what happened if we are not directly involved. People lie, people obfuscate, even in court if it were ever to get to that stage. It's complicated and not black and white cut and dry. Who knows.
I believe Mark is not trying to rake up false connections to make the list seem worse than it is. There is simply no need for that. The list is horrifying as it stands.
