But they changed their tune for the covid injections. Then in 2021 the same doctor advised me to get the covid shot to protect myself. I declined telling her I'd already had covid.
At this point I am having a lot of anxiety about going to any doctor. I've lost all trust.
When I go to the doctor, which is rarely, but I sometimes have to see one, I keep a hammer in my fanny pack... so if they get near me with the jab, I can jab back.
The doctors are purely reactionary. They “screen” for cancer and other diseases, but nutrition and health maintenance don’t really exist for them. My wife’s former doctor pressured her to get the clot shot and she told him” I want to build up my immune system.” His response: “you can’t build up your immune system.”

I stepped on a yellow jacket on Memorial Day. It hurt like hell. I swell up from bites. I started to swell this time but but my Syrian friend rubbed large slices of fresh garlic cloves on it to draw the poison out. She did that for 15 minutes. I was back out water skiing 40 minutes later. It hurt as she was doing it but it really relieved pain, swelling etc better than anything I’ve ever tried.
I have only used plain white distilled vinegar, and apple cider vinegar w/the mother. I don't know if rice or wine vinegars would work. I put some on a piece of paper towel or cotton ball and then rub it on the bite.
