Citizen Free Press tweet "Kavanaugh makes it clear: “Trump has not been charged with Insurrection”"

The real question is, why have Pelosi & Co. not been charged with HOAXING Insurrection?

J6 was a scripted project from soup to nuts, led by Air Force intelligence.

Is there any evidence of Air Force involvement? Certainly the FBI was (as usual) driving that charade of "terrorism."

Expand full comment

Lots of Air Force agents both active and retired participated in the show that day, including Ashlee Babbitt whose shooting was also fake.

Expand full comment

So you're saying that she wasn't really shot and was not killed? What evidence do you have that supports this conclusion?

I also believe J6 was an inside job, planned by the Dem's and the FBI (the Dem's very own police force) to bring down Trump, but had no idea they staged the shooting and death of Babbitt.

The referenced Mathis paper discusses it and then there's this:

Beware Mathis and his cult. Decide for yourself, of course, but he seems to me to over rely on sweeping statements about individuals and motives based on little more than association or family relation, and through all his conspiracy hypothesizing there is a consistent reduction or refrain to 'the jews did it,' that renders the use of his work problematic, at least. His followers are oddly devoted, (almost bot-like?), and I've noticed lately a resurgence of their ranks commenting on substacks recently singing his praises, after a long silence/absence from them (in the blogs I read anyway.) They just cropped up recently enticing Mathew Crawford at Rounding the Earth to seek clarity in Miles' catalogue, and he appears to have found some appeal in him. Mathis is also in the habit of deciding which dissidents pass his purity test, discrediting some of the great researchers in the conspiracy realm, for instance the late Dave McGowan without any strong arguments to support & in contradiction to McGowan's obvious commitments to seeking truth. If he's not controlled opposition, as someone constantly pointing the controlled opposition finger, then the powers that be are getting a great deal by not paying him. I'll leave it at that. Maybe I'm wrong.

I recently read book called "Hold the Line: The Insurrection and One Cop's Battle for American's Soul. Officer Michael Fanone details all what went down on Jan 6th. So thankful he wore his body camera to record all what happened and it was horrible. It's amazing he survived the terrible injuries inflicted on him. I wanted to know the full truth of what actually happened that fateful day. I couldn't keep this book down. Michael Fanone stated he never expected the President of the United States to incite a mob to attack the U.S. Capitol as part of a coup to overturn a legitimate election. This was a planned attack and Trump should be arrested and jailed as he was bait to his supporters. Everyone, including all police officers should read this book.

I disagree with much of what you have said, but in particular, Trump did not incite the mob. He told people to go home. Eye witness reports on that. Also, many people believe that election was NOT legitimate.

If this could be done to an arguable "conservative", in a largely conservative country... What would that mean for a candidate from the left?

I had several (left) journalist friends on the grounds of the Capitol that day... All had been present at comparatively tiny protests over the previous weekend (Action for Assange/#ForceTheVote - against Pelosi/for bringing Healthcare for all, to the floor for a vote) - with lopsided law enforcement presences, dwarfing those of the demonstrators. THEY could see, that January 6th was a complete set-up, even while it was happening. They saw the dearth of Cops and Back-up present, and knew right away. They also saw that 99.9% assembled for a peaceful/permitted protest were engaged in anything but an "insurrection".

Expand full comment

This was a good result, but do not forget how monumentally terrible, and dishonest the decision to uphold the vaccine mandate for healthcare workers in Biden v. Missouri, a decision few paid attention to because they were too busy celebrating the "win" vs.OSHA

Sometimes the law is just too obvious to flaunt; it does not make the SC allies.

Kavanaugh and Roberts, two "conservative" judges joined Kagan, Sotomayor and Jackson in the per curiam decision which was abysmal at best.

For starters, they cited two verifiable falsehoods about the vaccine:

• "spread is more likely when healthcare workers are unvaccinated"

• "a COVID–19 vaccine mandate will substantially reduce the likelihood that healthcare workers will contract the virus (reiterating) and transmit it to their patients."

In August 2022, we knew both of these claims to be unequivocally false.

The majority also found that prior infection had been taken into account, and upheld the ruling that natural immunity did not exempt healthcare workers from the mandate.

They did not do this and it's obvious.

The science was and always has been unequivocal that prior infection is durable, long-lasting and much more effective than the vaccine at preventing transmission or being infected.

Why is it so obvious that prior infection was not considered?

Because the vaccines do neither.

What legal institution could possibly have greater access to medical information than the Supreme Court of the United States? The only logical conclusion is that they are either lying or stupid. I think Supreme Court justices are not stupid.

That's not all. Not even close.

The majority also cited "vaccination requirements are a common feature of the provision of healthcare in America," and that "healthcare workers and public-health organizations overwhelmingly support" the requirement."

So the fvck f👑 what? The ubiquity or popularity of an issue has no litigious quality with regards to the constitutionality of a law or mandate, or anything the Supreme Court hears. It's a child's reasoning.

And for the most absolutely f👑 preposterously, unfathomably absurd reason, they agreed that "fear of exposure” to the virus “from unvaccinated health care staff can lead patients to themselves forgo seeking medically necessary care,” creating a further “ris[k] to patient health and safety.

They literally used someone's fear of another as precedent for mandating an experimental drug manufactured by criminals.

The Supreme Court of the United States used falsehoods and juvenile reasoning to enforce unconstitutional medical mandates. Don't forget that while you're owning the libs.

IMO it's part of it; a very important part, giving the masses the illusion that they count, and can actually have an effect on the direction society takes. I'm not sure of the "fitness" of this, but the Hegelian Dialectic seems to be applied wherein the "Thesis" being one party, squares off with the opposing party: ie the "Anti-thesis, the two find "center" and the outcome is the "synthesis" which was the goal all along. This is how social control has been instituted by the Jesuit trained professionals and politicians. They created the "left and right" to direct the trajectory of their intensions. Seems complicated, but logical. Difficult for my ability to wrap around.

I read on one of these substacks that real democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for dinner. Mob rule? Part of the problem is limiting who can really run for office through the use of arcane rules to even get on the ballots, not to mention the vast amounts of $$ it takes to run. Those with the corporate/monied interests backing get the lion's share of attention which creates the illusion that it was a free and open election.

Expand full comment

that's a right wing talking point that's been floating for a few months now. this line of thought is being used in my state to attempt to amend the state constitution so that voters cannot vote on amendments, rather, only state reps can vote on amendments. we already have protections in place for the "lamb" in your scenario - bill of rights, etc. that's why it's so important we don't toss them aside during pandemics etc

Expand full comment

I saw during the "pandemic" what mob rule is. The majority wanted everyone to get the jabs and wanted anyone who didn't to be punished in some way whether is was to deny them healthcare, deny them their ability to make a living, deny them their bill of rights. I am grateful I was retired already and didn't have to lose my job because of the majority's demands. In the end, fear rules and people make a lot of stupid, harmful decisions when they are afraid. Maybe if people were more informed, they could make better choices but the MSM and those currently running the show aren't allowing that. I really don't see a solution.

I’m truly shocked that anyone would vote for a man whose administration brought us Operation Warp Speed.

Judas Pence ran Warp Speed. Fauci was the Covid dictator. Trump made the monoclonal antibodies free and available and told everyone not to worry about covid and to get back to normal asap. Unfortunately, he is not in the field of medicine or public health and he let the same people who threw him under the bus advise him about covid. Trump said "you can't force anyone to take a vaccine." He didn't mandate the jab. He wanted the country to completely reopen and get back to normal asap. Comrade Biden is the one who forced the kill shot on everyone. Most people who refused the shot were patriots who defend freedom and personal liberty and voted for Trump. Everyone had the power to make their own choice and refuse the jab.

Trump was Commander in Chief when he lost his presidency to a global coup d’etat and, because Operation Warp Speed comes directly from the military is responsible for its administration, which had cost tens of thousands of lives.

Do I tolerate presidents that kill their own people?

Get over it. That was due to the fog of war. Trump was not aware of the depth of corruption in our federal agencies when he was elected in 2016, surprising even himself. That first term uncovered so much dirt and so many compromised traitors in the government and his own administration that he is much wiser now. Add to that all that has been revealed in the last three years under Biden and you must see that Trump and his team of freedom fighters are in a very different position now, and would make very different decisions. He, and they, present the biggest threat to the Deep State, to wit the endless lawfare and propaganda leveled against him.

Get over what? That he committed the highest treason against the people of the United States of America. He had months to resign, instead he doubled down on the support of the Covid agenda- he’s the perfect putty in the hands of the WEF.

From Sept 2023:

Former President Donald Trump is defending his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, including sticking with Dr. Anthony Fauci and pushing vaccines.

In a contentious interview with conservative host Megyn Kelly, Trump mounted an unusual pushback against right-wing critics who say he was too chummy with Fauci and too gung-ho about developing vaccines.

“ People say, ‘You saved 100 million lives,'” Trump said.

I really think Trump supporters may be the stupidest demographic out there.

Expand full comment

You really need to read Scott Atlas's book about what went on in the White House during COVID. He was called in to advise and nearly lost his mind. Between Pence, Birx, Fauci and Jared, Trump (with his lack of savvy and basic knowledge) never stood a chance. He was completely railroaded. Not that it excuses him in any way--the buck stops with him, obviously, and the worst thing is he can't admit it to himself. But it is more complex than you think.

Like I said earlier Trump had months to resign, instead he made the whole thing possible and has continued to brag about “saving lives” and being the “father” of the vaccine:

For example I could hear anti war analysis until Obama was elected, then it stopped, full stop, and NPR was back to plugging war! NPR presented speakers who explained the illegality of torture. Full stop. Presidential overreach? Yes, then full stop. And so on.

The SC has made so many unconstitutional rulings where justices appear befuddled and unwilling to grapple with facts and logic. All of a sudden, they could think again, reason, knew the law. That is very strange. It seems like they are told what ruling they need to make and why. It bears thinking about why this ruling was lucid and lawful.
