In B.C. a 52 year old guy with cancer was forced to sit on his hands waiting for treatment and then decided to choose MAID. All the premier could say is, well, we are doing best to shorten wait times. Nobody even bothered to ask, is his cancer terminal, or is the problem that he is just waiting for treatment. If it is the latter the people involved in this should be arrested for assisting suicide...or worse...murder.
BC is not doing everything they can. They have an acute shortage of health care workers, but still impose a vaccine mandate. Many laid off workers wish to return to work, but refuse the vac. There is no rationale for the policy
