Even though my employer mandated it (in violation of the fourth amendment in my opinion - seizure of a person's immune system), he also accepted religious exemptions. For that I am thankful, but I was still terrified while waiting approval. At the time, I was watching the news about companies that refused all exemptions. Two were prominent at the time: Dell Computers and Carhartt. I will never purchase from either company EVER again. I know there are others, but those were the two that I selected to ban because of what I went through.
It also went against the Nuremberg Code, the Helsinki Declaration and possibly the Hippocratic Oath (that's been changed, so it's hard to say). I think it does go against the Constitution as well.

I learned from a friend that amazon and fedex both only required their "white" collar employees to get vaxxed but not the warehouse people or drivers because they knew that they would walk off the job if there was a mandate.
